The store itself is fine and the cashiers are nice but the grooming staff are by far some of the rudest employees you will ever meet. Me and my wife went there to groom our 7 month old shiba inu and the cashier at the front told us that the grooming was open till 9:00 it was 7:30 we went there and the light there was on and the employees there were just talking to each other and completely ignoring us and when one of them saw us they turned the light off and continued to talk for 10 mins than without even looking at us the first woman walked right by us and the 2nd woman was about to do the same until we approached her and asked her if there still open and she lied to us and said that they just closed and rudely said that we have to make an appointment either way it was a tall blonde older woman and a young brunette worst customer service ever they just lost a potential loyal customer

Got fish here, and soon after, they died. The staff did not know much of anything about fish or aquatic plants, and made several attempts to sell half dead, dried up, non-aquatic plants to my mother-in-law, who would have unknowingly bought them thinking they were true-aquatic plants had I not been there. The true aquatic plants werent in very good condition either. Employees knew nothing of the compatibility of various fish species. They also did not know where anything in the store was! At least they didnt give us too much hassle about returning the dead fish.

I highly recommend this groomer if you can afford it. My dog has had some bad experiences in the grooming department, but this groomer was very professional and did a great job making sure my 6lb Yorkie came home looking fantastic. She is the type of person that I would feel comfortable leaving my puppy with all week if I had to. The only drawback was that she was quite expensive, so call and make sure that you are comfortable with the price before you make an appt.

This is not my usual pet store but I was visiting my sister and I was able to get what I needed. The workers was very helpful as well. Since my dog was already in the system in Brooklyn, I was able to take advantage of the grooming service as well.

Mike was great!! He took the time to answer all our questions and we sure had lots of questions as we are 1st time puppy parents!! He even gave us knowledgeable information which was "food for our thoughts"!! Great costumer service!! Thanks Mike!!

Staff is very pleasant and always willing to help. They have low cost vaccination clinics weekly. A good variety of dog food and a decent variety of cat food but, it does seem that they cater more to dogs .

I take both of my puppies there and they absolutely love Lisa she makes you and your animal feel comfortable is pricey but the continuity for your animal is what should be considered first and foremost.

Mark who works in the grooming dept. Was so SO helpfull and didnt try and sell me stuff that I didnt need was an honest person and would go back to him every time I go there !! Very VERY HAPPY !!

Cynthia in grooming is excellent with my dog. He loves coming to get his bath with her! And she does a great job, Max always smells and looks great after his been groomed.

I have gotten lots of fish there and the staff could answer all of my questions. Also very honest, telling me which fish didnt look good. Highly recommend.

Staff is not very knowledgeable in the aquarium department. Some fish were unhealthy looking and some tanks had dead fish in them. Do not buy fish here.
