Total nightmare. Took my Persian cat in for a lion cut. I told them to let me know if he freaked out (hes a cat!). Per my vets instructions, I also left a 1/2 table of Benadryl. Short story... an hour later I called and they said to pick him up. He had blood on the side of his mouth and his right, front paw was also bloody. They still charged me full price (didnt do his ears, didnt bathe or dry him, screwed up his nails). The young woman said "sedate him next time" and turned her back to me and walked away after I signed the charge slip. They should be closed!!! BTW, my cat had been groomed at two locations in RI with no more than the Benadryl and was fine.

There are some negative reviews here but I can tell you I have a 15 pound Yorkshire Terrier who LOVES going here. He gets super excited when we drop him off and he is always in a very good mood when we pick him up. I cant speak to other peoples experiences but I have had nothing but positive. And my dogs "haircut" is always well done. He can even be a bit of a squirmer if he does not want to be somewhere, he likes to wiggle around until he can get away. Never had an issue with him not getting good service.

We experienced a nightmare situation when the owners pit bill attacked our small 19 pound dog, pulling its eye out of its socket and destroying the optic nerve. Our sweet dog will now be blind forever. Our other small dogs (one is 9 pounds and one 19 pounds) were horribly traumatized. No one from the salon offered us any type of apology for the pain our family has experienced. We are heartbroken for our poor little dog and enraged with the salons lack of responsibility to keep our little guy safe.

Ive taken my dog Lola here multiple times and shes a little bit shy but every time I have taken her here for a bath and nail trimmings theyve been so great with her and gotten the job done in an hour or less. When I come back to pick her up everything is done perfectly and Lola leaves happy so I leave very satisfied! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their dog or cat the works for a great price! Thanks for taking care of Lola for me while shes there and keep up the great work guys!

We are completely satisfied with the great work these nice people do. After much frustration and our Yorkie being woman/manhandled by two other groomers in town, we have found a home at Pampered Pet and will never go anywhere else!! As with human hairdressers, you cant expect the groomer meet your complete expectations the first time around. Be patient, communicate with your groomer and forget the drama; its only fur - it grows back!!!

I have a Persian cat and have been to Pampered Pet twice. They did a terrific job both times. My second visit was a result of my dads decision to "fix" my cats "poofy" cheeks. He used scissors, and my cat’s cheeks were cut waaaay too close and very uneven. Pampered Pet fixed her! And all her whiskers are in tact :) The new cut is very even, and my babygirl looks gorgeous! Definitely recommend this place to anyone! Thanks so much.

Wonderful groomers! James took Lucy on very short notice the other day and did a beautiful job. She is an extremely shy dog who hates water and loud noises, but somehow she always has a good experience here and trots out happy and shiny. Everyone at the Pampered Pet has always been friendly and helpful to me and very gentle with Lucy. I wouldnt think of taking her anywhere else.

NEVER HAS MY PET MALTESE EVER BEEN BUTCHERED AS WHAT SHE WAS WHEN SHE WENT TO THIS GROOMER...SHE WAS HACKED AND CUT AND WHEN I PICKED HER UP WAS TRAUMATIZED. THE GIRL WHO GROOMED HER DID NOT SHOW ANY REMORSE AND HER ATTITUDE WAS APPALLING....I WILL NEVER RETURN AND DO YOUR PETS A MASSIVE FAVOR AND DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS SO CALLED GROOMER/BUTCHER.

We love this shoo, my lab Hunter is a huge big baby and yet every time we bring him in to have his nails done as rotten and spoiled as he is because he doesnt like the table they are so good to him and they treat him soooo goood. We thank all of the groomers for always being so gentle.

I will never bring my pet there again. Go to Bow Meow instead as they are much better at grooming and were pleasurable to be around. This people were unreasonable and incredibly rude. I will be sure to tell everyone I know.
