The owners and help are extremely knowledgeable and keep up to date on product recalls/problems. They go above and beyond with assisting by passing on information ,ordering an item that they do not stock and researching to provide helpful, factual solutions. Additionally, this is a locally owned business that cares about the community. I noticed the review about the "renter" problem and unfortunately landlords change their minds or co-op boards change the rules with complete disregard for any regulations that should be "grandfathered" in because of prior permissions. Then dearly loved pets have to be returned to the Rescue which results in heartbreak all around.

This place cheats and is totoally mean. Their staff, a white male to be exact told me people who rent should have landlords permit to adopt dogs which is reasonable. But on just the following day, he showed me attitude for no reason and told me renters are not welcome to adopt pets. I guess you probably cant adopt nice pets from these cheaters.

A friend told me to come here to get great healthy dog food, and my dog always loves it. The owner/staff are so helpful and nice. I also love how they always have animals hanging out ♡

I was actually at NAPA auto parts. But these guys are cool.
