Clerks were very welcoming and said welcome as soon as we walked in even though they were at the register hekping someone else. However, the THREE people working the cat adoption program ignored us and talked amongst each other instead of practicing basic customer service by asking us if we needed help. We felt very much ignored and talked-down to. If youre speaking up for the aninals, I understand being weary of potential adoptets, but dont treat is any differently because of our age or race, which is what it felt like.

Super friendly service, good location, they always have fresh crickets/worms, etc for reptiles. There is always someone on staff who is knowledgeable about all the animals they sell, and about the products they carry. Much better than any other pet stores in the area.

Ok pet stuff. I think a little over priced. Members card could be worth it. Not what I expected from others saying this was the cheapest place to get cat toys, beds, litter, food. Dont go out of your way to go here.
