Today I went to this Pet Valu to look for a coat for my lab who unfortunately had to be shaved to due major surgery. The woman there was able to show us adorable ones which we quickly fought over lol. I also requested if she knew where I could find treats with high in protein but low in fat, thinking thats probably improbable, but, she knew the exact ones that would be perfect. It looked like she really knew her products and how to talk to and help customers. My parents and I actually commented about great customer service at the same time. Will be a returning customer!

Every time I go there they are very helpful. They do have a limited selection but they can always help you find something comparable to what you are looking for if they dont carry something your need. Exceptional customer service every time.
