I used to choose PetCo over PetSmart but after visiting both stores in this area, this is the much better choice. The staff is happy and always smiling. They know their stuff and love to help the customers, especially first-timers who dont know exactly what they need for a new pet. The animals are all happy and healthy to the best of my knowledge and this place is CLEAN. I mean, superbly CLEAN (unlike the competitors fish area which has a lot of suspicious black gunk around it)!! My experience there getting new fish and setting up a new tank was wonderful and this is definitely my new go-to pet store.

I dont normally write reviews but felt compelled to after taking my dog for a groom there this weekend. I was hesitant at first, Ive normally taken him to the same groomer for years, but since I moved down to the Orange area I decided to try these guys due to the convenience. The guy Weng that took care of my dog did an awesome job, probably the best groom my dog has received. It was a little pricier than Im accustomed to paying due to getting a nail file add on, but was totally worth it. I would highly recommend these guys over in Orange, really impressed!

Do not go to this store. The managers are horrible and they mistreat the dogs. All of their groomers are very unexperienced. They dont even deserve 1 star the store is very outdated. They denied my dog service because they Double booked when he had an appointment my poor baby has fleas and I explained that to the young girl that made the appointment so I called Norwalk pets mart and thy fit him right in their schedule. In Norwalk they are very compassionate My advice to all the dog parents please dont bring your dog here

The staff here is all around great. The floor employees are always very invested in giving my dog attention and helping us find things. The grooming salon does a good job of listening to my desires and works promptly. Additionally, there is a food consultant on staff occasionally who has helped guide my decisions on limited ingredient good for my dog and his allergies.

They have rescue cats in cages that are always in need of water, when approached about the lack of water the reply is they get food and water two times a day. It is a shame that they dont care about these animals I wonder if they were in the same situation they would be happy. The only reason I shop here is it is convenient to home.

My experience was unpleasant to say the least customer service needs huge improvement maybe the lady was having a bad day its unfortunate. for years I have been using Petco and I will continue to use Petco!
