If I could give zero stars, I would. Our pet passed away and we went back to the store to see if they would accept all of the bedding and hay we bought that were UNOPENED. We didnt have a receipt and the cashier wanted to give us a store credit. When I explained that we do not have any other pets, she called the manager over. He was a male. I wish I knew his name right now. But, anyway, he refused to do anything but a store credit. I know that there are store policies but this was their product, with their logo directly on the bag. They insisted on a receipt. I told him that obviously I didnt expect my pet to pass away and I didnt keep it. He refused to help me and I am now going to go above his head. It is the point, not even the money. No empathy. It was quite disgusting. I will never shop their again. I hope you all do the same. Go around the block to Pet Smart.

I waited 5 minutes to get fish for my daughter the manager Steve looked right at me and went and helped another customer apparently a friend they shook hands and when I asked him for help he said hed be with me in another 5 minutes or so. Try telling your 5 year old that again we have to wait.....I left and went to Pet smart and was helped and out of the place in less than 10 minutes with 5 beautiful fish and one happy child

Great staff, very helpful. Shannon is full of great information and is a tremendous help. We went through 2 different training levels with our puppy and were very happy with the results. They also have a puppy play time which is great for having a monitored controlled environment for the pups to socialize.

Gotta love it when places have parking for their customers so you dont have to look for parking. Very conveniently located in Brooklyn. Helpful staff and great service.

Store is clean and staff is friendly, but just like most pet stores, the animals are not kept in ideal conditions. The rewards card is great for extra savings.

I bought stuff for my fish and fish loved the food but sadly the fish died so from a cat so I am thinking of buying a bird

Great place and the trainers are AWESOME. We get all our dog food, cat food treats and toys here. Our pup loves the place.

Every time i have to get fish it takes forever for someone to help you. Other then that they have a good selection
