I frequent this store a lot just because it is the closest pet store to my home. They are friendly and I always hear someone greet me when I come in. They have a good selection of products and I always see someone stocking things or rearranging whatever. The only thing that I find fault with this store is their fish: they are frequently sick with ich, eye cloudiness or the dead ones are left in there floating. The last time I went in there - just about every tank had ich and other fungal problems present!! Other then that, if I find their fish are looking good I will buy from them because the prices are good and they normally have a wide variety of fish to chose from,

Great selection, but more importantly: very helpful and willing staff...Customer service goes a LONG way. It makes for a very professional atmosphere. If theres ever something that I dont see, the staff is always willing to order the item for me. When something is too heavy or cumbersome to carry, they are willing (without any form of grumbling) to help me to my car; lifting it in and closing the door for me. If there is a need for a return, they dont hassle me....I am grateful to have them in my neck of the woods and I will continue to recommend them.

Staff is friendly. Place looks nice and prices arent bad. Only thing is I wouldnt get fish here. The tanks had a lot of dead fish and a lot of fish were sick. They were covered in white spots. Other than the fish they have a nice selection and I would come back. Just that day I was looking to buy fish so I had to go somewhere else.
