The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes there is only one person working and it gets busy, but they do what they can to help the customers the they can with the staffing they have. Occasionally the pet baths have been out of towels, but still totally a great price for a bath and worth the wait opposed to giving our dog a bag in our own shower. Its just such an ideal set up.

Very small location. The best thing about this place is the wash your own dog grooming stations (there are 2). VIP Petcare is also here periodically, which is a great cheap alternative to vet prices when it comes to vaccinations, etc.

Typical pet store with a nice look to it. HOWEVER, its so small that the store is VERY tight. Tough to navigate with any other people in there. Questionable layout in such a small place.
