I have been a consistent client for about half a year. With only one exception the staff has been helpful with every issue that has come up. That one exception has really done me wrong. Specifically, on Wednesday I saw a blue crayfish in a freshwater tank. I asked about it and was told that it was there for over a month. I asked that they hold it until Saturday so I could have time to put it in my daughters tank. I was told No problem I called on Friday, a day earlier than I originally intended to pick it up. I was told that they sold it. Then the person who answered the phone hung up. I will go in to discuss this with the manager, but this has left me less than enthused. Now I am on the hook to find a replacement.

I am trying to buy some silver dollars. the other petland discount from 440 jersey city selling at 2 for $12, I toke all of them and went to this store to get some more. The store has a price match guarantee poster . The are selling the same fish for 7 dollars each. When I pointed out the other store sells cheaper, the manager insist on selling the higher price. I was disappointed after the visit. And the fish the sell have some injuries the fin as well.
