I had an 11 am appointment so I got there a little earlier.. there was 1 dog ahead of mine so I was like ok.. Its after 1 pm and they still havent washed my dog after I specifically told them I had a vets appointment at 1:30.. then they walked out with the wrong dog and just handed him to me.. I voiced my concern and just received a blank look.. I received nothing but positive recommendations about this place.. after this, I will be finding another groomer..

They take very good care of the dogs there, nice, they pet the dog, they talk to the dog. The one thing is that there is this one employe where she/he (not saying) grabs the dogs by the ears, tails, snout. No respect to the dog was given by this employe... Everything else was amazing.

Very nice place, the animals are taken good care of, I recently took my dog for grooming and was very satisfied with the results and everything is at an affordable price
