Today was our first day in the store. Not only were the employees helpful while we were shopping, but my son was watching one of the employees feed the animals and she was so patient and kind and she showed him all the animals. Every single employee was so kind and friendly. Later on at home we realized something was wrong with my goldfish. My husband brought them a picture and they determined what was wrong and helped with that too. We will be loyal customers!

Not as big as some of the stores i have been to and that is purely the only reason they didnt get 5 starts. This chain is great. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and the selections are pretty good but not as much as other stores but again that is due to the size.

Great staff. Much better pricing then the larger chain. They carry a huge variety of food & items for all animals. Misiu loves their gourmet dog treats which are Reasonably priced. Im glad this store has opened here in our neighborhood.

I shop here alot. The isles are too close. The parking lot is to small but the staff if great.
