I waited in line for 10 minutes with one Cashier. He didnt apply my 25% coupon that I presented on my phone . I realized this when I got to my car. So because it was the last day for the discount, I had to take care of it today.. I returned to the store to wait another 15 minutes to get the discount. Because it was only one Cashier.

KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT CARDS. Was lied to when I brought my dog in for grooming Was told my appt. was at 7:30 Am and not 8 . I showed them my appt. card and it said 8. Went to manager and he said that two groomers called out. Best groomers in the area. Please dont do that to me again ...............................

I mainly love this place because of Banfield. I travel often, so having my dogs records available pretty much anywhere is awesome. I love this particular location becaus the staff is incredibly incredibly nice...especially Mia who is usually there when I drop off Honey.
