Pet Value is the ONLY place I will shop for my pets needs. Daniel, the manager, is one of the most knowledgeable people Ive ever met. He knows about the products, about animals in general and is willing to help no matter what. I had three one week old kittens and i brought them there and he helped me get everything i needed to care of them and he along with another worker helped me feed them so i knew what i was doing. he has helped me with all of my pets and never steers me wrong. i literally call him with all types of questions because he is so smart and so caring. they are a great store and they are great staff. i will never shop elsewhere even again. this is the only place i will ever go for my pets food, toys and anything else they may need. Plus they have an in store grooming area where you can wash your pet. It really is an awesome place and you wont be disappointed by going there and talking with Daniel. He is amazing!

I used to go to this location all the time to give my dog a bath. One day I went and was in a rush and gave my dog her bath in half the time I usually took. I paid and rushed out only to realize that I had been charged for more then their regular half hour fee. When I called to complain the guy said I had been there a long time and when I asked him if he had timed me...his response was " no but the dryer was on for a while". Good answer buddy!

Decent store...fairly expensive but only place Ive found this far that sells my dogs food (Orijen). Staff is very helpful for the most part but is it me or the guy thats in there is a weirdo..super nosey ear hustling on every conversation with other staff. Relax buddy we get it YOUR the manager at a pet store

Super friendly staff that is willing to help you find what you need. They once went out of their way to get me the dog treats I needed from the new shipment even though it wasnt unpacked yet. They also carry the only food my dog will eat, Earthborn.

Aside from the really loud store manager, this is the only place that I know that has tubs, dryers, and towels to wash your dog for $10. You cant beat it. Great store.
