ANYONE LOOKING FOR THEIR $ WORTH. Washer drain pump went out and we had a whole weekends worth of laundry (aahh!). I called a couple places around Salem that gave me OUTRAGEOUS quotes to get this fixed. I called Keizer Appliance and the quote they gave me was right around the price that I thought was to be expected for this kind of replacement. Donna the Lady on the phone that I spoke to was VERY nice and fit me right into their tight schedule. David gave me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way to my house (which was within the time frame that they gave me), he came in and replaced the part quickly, he didnt try to milk the clock for some extra $. He even gave me tips on how to keep my machine running like new! This was a great experience with a great company. Keep up the good work Keizer Appliance!

Bought a new speed queen washer and dryer. I went to the other business in Keizer after going here first and the other place was not friendly and it felt like I was not welcomed. I went back here because Robert is very old school which doesnt happen much these days. He introduced himself shook my hand and was very knowledgeable about the products. He made me feel like I was wanted and I was part of the family. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here, you will not be dissapointed!

Just bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Keizer Appliance. WOW are they great :) I was treated like family- free delivery and set up. Unlike the other places out there that say they have free delivery Keizer Appliance really means it and they are clean and careful. I was having a tough day when I came and in and they turned that around with their friendly customer service. I cant say enough good things about them.
