We received VERY rude customer service by the owner when we made our Sears purchases online to save money. In this day and age, saving money is important. If by buying online I can save money on the same item as buying in store, then I am going to do it. When the item is picked up in the store, being made to feel like a criminal is NOT acceptable. Either be competitive with Sears online or dont treat a customer rudely when they do so to save money.

They dont fix anything that wasnt bought at Sears. Disappointing. They sale the same washer machine, but i didnt buy mine from Sears they wont fix it. They have an LG certified technician that can do the repair within the peramitors of the warrenty on my LG Washing Machine. They are 3 miles from my house, but now i have to go to Salem. 50 miles away.

Dont seem to care about customers, or for that matter their help.owners make accusations, blame customer for the poor quality product s they sell, most craftsman products are good quality, dont suggest buying appliances or electronics.
