Purchased a new filter for my fridge. Filter wouldnt stay in the housing when we cycled water through. At one point the filter rocketed out of our fridge and flew about 15 feet hitting the island and breaking. Filter was in "use" for all of 20-25 minutes while we tried to cycle the water through. Refused to return the item, stated that with new housing water pressure was greater and may have caused the filter to fly out. Offer to do a service call on the fridge to inspect the housing that has been fully functional prior to the new filter going in. I called Frigidaire and they suggested that I had purchased a faulty filter and Master Appliances parts department should return the item and offer a refund or new filter. So I am out $45 on what the manufacturer has identified as a possible bad filter, and the company I bought it from refuses to honor their product that they sell. They will however offer to charde me a service call to install a new filter.... At my expense of course.. Dont waste your time or money. Seriously terrible service. I like to keep my business local, and will pay a premium to do so. In this case, you are better off going to the big box stores.

These guys are awesome. I took our older GE clothes washer in as it wasnt agitating. Next day it was fixed. Then took our older GE clothes dryer in, as it had been catching clothes and ruining and ruining them. Next day, fixed. Both repairs were very reasonable priced, and so fast. In this day of expendable products, I love having a local company that can keep our appliances running. I dont like the idea of buying the newer appliances if we can repair and keep our originals running. Thanks again!

Im not saying this could happen every time but Master Appliance were able to take my call on a Monday morning for my broken washer and be at my house repairing it two hours later. This is a company that believes in being prompt and professional. Diagnosis was quick and the remedy was a new part. The job was fairly priced and so for me here is a company you can trust. Thank you Ken for coming over and lowering our stress over mountains of laundry waiting to be done!

This company is the best! Ken knows everything about used and new appliances but doesnt make you feel silly for not knowing and patiently answers all your questions. They have done appliance repairs for us for years and Im thrilled to find out they have new appliances now too. You can count on them to give you the best customer service and a fair price no matter what you are buying. They are looking for lifetime customers instead of quick sales and it shows.

Went in with parts from my non-functioning dryer...They tested them with a multimeter as I didnt have one on hand. Identified the bad part and for a couple dollars more than what I could find online had the part I needed...As of now my dryer is working again...Will do business again.
