I think the people that work there are very pleasant and helpful. Its not their fault that management has cut back on associates and their hours. This explains why the store isnt always well stocked. That said, the store suffers from high level theft and a wholly inadequate security system.

I like Kmart far more than walmart. Kmart pays their employees better theyre part of Sears and they have year round layaway if youd rather not put it on the charge.
