As a long term customer of this business, I am bitterly disappointed with the utter lack of regard of my situation; and poor customer service. Suffice it to say, they saw me coming and overcharged me for a 26 year old laundry pair (because according the Mary, the old ones work better). When it started chewing up my clothes and linens, I relied on the fact I was a long term customer to rectify the situation--I was wrong. They would only "fix" the situation if I coughed up another $200.00 for a 15 year old pair. I had contacted them well within my warranty period to make these fixes. Due to family circumstances out of my control I was out of touch for a bit, but went back in prior to the end of warranty to ask them for their help, and they would not even speak with me, other than to the service guy telling me to wash everything on delicate. I called to speak with Mary, but my calls were blocked, and my messages unreturned. I finally sold the hunk of junk on Craigslist for 1/3 of what I paid 6 months ago. Once a big fan of the little "family owned" store, I advertised for them to anyone in need of quality, used appliances. NEVER AGAIN! Suffice it to say, not only will I never set foot in the shop again, I will do my best to make certain anyone I come in contact with in the greater Washington County area, in need of used appliances, doesnt either.

My husband called 1 week ago to schedule repair and order parts. They called us back with part prices and said that they could be out on this Saturday because they had to wait for the parts. Called this morning to see what the ETA was and we were told that they didnt even order the parts!!! Ofcourse this is after i tore my laundry room apart to make it easier in the repair guy to do his job. The female company representative said that it was our fault that THEY didnt order the parts. REALLY?? I will never give businesses to this company again. Now I have to put my laundry room back together and find a reputable business to take care of my repair.

Called with dishwasher problem. When Rodger arrived and took a look at the indicator light on the dishwasher door and he instantly knew what the problem was. Somehow the child lockout had been activated, he showed us how to reset it and only charged a $25.00 service call fee. We could have been talked into any number of costly repair scenarios. From our past dealings with him we feel he is very honest and knowledgeable and we HIGHLY recommend him.

My fridge was making loud grinding sound and not cooling. I called A Best Appliance and was told how to fix the problem over the phone. Very helpful and my problem is solved! Just to compare: I had called the sears repair service and they wouldnt even let me talk to a technician. They wanted to charge me $90 just for the house call to have the tech assess the situation. I will be calling A Best Appliance next time!

Fast, friendly, and locally owned. After getting hung up on before I even talked to an associate at Home Depot I went by their store. They got me the parts I needed for less than I wouldve spent on the internet and made me feel welcome the entire time I was there... Definitely recommend these guys for appliance parts and repair.

My freezer stopped defrosting. I called and A Best had the parts in stock. When I got there, they had the parts out and ready. The man asked if I also had the thermostat. He checked the box and it was part of the heater, so I was good to go for the complete fix. They are only open until 5pm.

The way bussiness used to be run. Locally owned. Had my range repaired by A-Best. They had the part with them were friendly and polite,repaired the problem and were on their way. Very resonable prices, great work. I would recomend them to my friends everytime.

They are fast, knowledgeable, and honest. They do not try to "upsell" a repair. I have used them many times for my rentals homes. They call the tenant and make an appointment and then make the repair that is needed. Highly recommend.

The fan had gone out on my 28 year old Frigidaire refrigerator. A-Best was here in about an hour and was able to replace the fan. I was so thankful for the quick service so did not have any food spoilage.

Every time I need a specific part for any of my appliances. They have it. So many places have gone to ordering and shipping online which takes forever to get. A Best has it TODAY!!! Thanks so much A Best.

Great place for replacement parts. Internet prices are outrageous compared to A Best. I always find what I need on the internet and them call them with the part number. They are fast and friendly.
