Folks were nice, but job unacceptable. Paid for tune ups and operational/functional. Had to tighten steering wheel, no caps on tubes, disappointed. When i mentioned caps was told probably forgot???? And steering wheel/handle bars Apparently the person who worked on bike is no longer there possibly due to work standards, so wouldnt that suggest that someone go back over the sub par work? Cheaper not always equates to quality. Probably would not return in the future and sadly two family members are looking for bikes, you get one shot at first impression make it count!

My friends and I have been going to this shop since we were little kids. Donnie (owner) has always been extremely supportive and knowledgeable for anything cycling. Whether youre riding Beach cruiser, BMX, downhill or Street cycling this is certainly the place to go!! Now were all older and our kids and the neighborhood kids rely on South ridge for all or parts and service. Thanks for being there for us guys!

I just have to say the young men in the shop were helpful and courteous to my minor bike need. I couldnt believe how reasonably priced they were too!!! They helped me load my bike in the car with a smile. I am excited to have a place to take all our bikes from now on. Thank you for such great service!!! I would definitely trust your bike issues with them. :D

The owner and staff are very friendly. I brought in my daughters birthday bike for a tune up to have it ready to ride. They had it ready for her within the hour, which made my daughters day. She had a great time riding the perfectly tuned bike on a local trail. She rode again this morning, and the bike is riding smoothly. Thank you SRC!

Great local bike shop. I bought my brother a bike here for his birthday and the owner was very attentive/knowledgeable, overall a great guy. Will definitely be coming back for future bike related needs / tuneups.

Knowledgeable, however in the consumer aspect means you should know even more to avoid getting ripped off , prices slight above msrp and workers are super smug.... Cool selection at times

I had a flat on the Santa Ana river trail, walked / rode to Southridge Cycling. I got the flat repaired quickly. They are very nice and I would highly recommend!
