G2 Bike - AJ, Ted & Justin know their stuff and just as important, they know their customers. The end result is perfectly tailored advice and the best possible scenario for their customer. Some of their advice has saved me a great deal of money and must of cost them in terms of profits on those individual transactions. But as a result, they earn my repeat business over and over. The service is fantastic. Justin just serviced one of my bikes and it is like new. Actually it is better than new because of the tire recommendations from AJ, Ted and Justin based on them understanding how I am using that bike. These are just a couple of examples of the G2 Team getting to know me and my needs. The group rides and community they build around the sport is worthy of an entirely different post, but it is a very welcoming and friendly environment.

My wife and i are from Phoenix Arizona and recently while visiting the area with our bikes we had a problem with one of them.So we stopped into G2 Bikes to see if they could help us out and was immediately greeted by Ted. And i explained to him our issue with the bike.Within a minute Ted had discovered what was causing our problem.He had it fixed with-in 20-minutes and had also made some other minor adjustments to prevent any future issues.He was very courteous and knowledgeable.Even though i hadnt purchase the bike there,he made us feel like we were friends and long time customers.I would highly recommend G2 Bike shop to anyone ever looking to purchase a bike or to have it serviced.They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. The anti-bike shop - in a great way. Fantastic and personal service focusing on not only what you think you want, but helping you discover what you really need based on your cycling interests. AJ, Ted and Thad are wonderful folks who understand the importance of customer service. If they dont have it, they will get it for you - road, mt biking, cyclocross, triathlon, tricycle hangliding they have it. Turn around time on bike repair, upgrades, or builds is first rate. They usually can find something to hold you over with too if you are in a jam. They also do a lot of fun rides and events for anyone interested in joining them both during the week and weekends. Then hang out at the shop after for food and drinks. Go there. You wont be disappointed. Tell them G Nugget sent you.

Ive been extremely happy with the quality of service Ive received from G2. Thad is a fantastic mechanic, knows his stuff, and is great at sharing his knowledge and explaining why something is or isnt happening on my bike(s). Ted also top notch - he knows his stuff and is always happy, easy going, and its clear he loves what he does. One of the things that really makes this bike shop stand out is the culture that Ted, AJ, and Thad have worked to develop. They have really fun shop rides that attract people that are great to be around - they are fun and they love a challenge. The shop has had events that that have been incredibly informative, and brought to light resources and opportunities that I was previously totally unaware of. I. Love. This. Shop.

I recently moved from the east coast where There was really only one shop to go. Out here theres a million and Ive been on the look out for nearly a year to find a good shop that I believe is honest, fits my high performance desires, and is friendly. I found the shop in g2. I recently had my entire cockpit redone on my tri bike. They did a fantastic job and the charge was less than a tuneup at some places. Very friendly the entire time. Have already recommended to my cycling friends and will continue to do so.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, fast service. Good prices. The inventory is not the best, but they can ususally get anything within 2 days. There are certainly some better stocked shops in orange county, but if you are looking for fast and quality repair, this is the place to go. Highly recommended. Have been coming back for 3 years now.

I was in from out of town for some riding, I broke my bike while doing so. These guys overnighted a part and got me up and running quickly. Beautiful shop. Christian and Robin were really great to work with. They took some time to give me some excellent trail advice in the laguna area. Highly recommend this local bike shop.

My daughter needed a fix on her bike and it was last minute before a race. I brought it in and they jumped on it right away. I called two other LARGE bike shops first and neither would accommodate my need. This is how good customer service works. Im now a fan.

Great service! Drive a few miles to this bike shop if you have to. It will be worth it. I went there thinking I needed a new chain and Ted was able to fix the old chain in a few minutes.
