I ordered after seeing "2 day shipping to CO" and free shipping on orders over $50, on a Tuesday morning. I called that Friday to find out if something went wrong and the customer service rep was pretty rude, instantly defensive and his help was to "cancel my order and offer a refund," when I was simply looking for an explanation and to find out if he could help me get access to the package on Saturday. The package arrived later that Monday, 5+ business days later. That next day I returned 3 of 4 items due to poor fit, which I had to pay $15 to ship. The 4the item ordered were some handlebars from Race Face that were supposed to be blue, the handlebars were actually a light/turquoise blue. So my friend with prime ordered the same bars from Amazon to see if they came in the correct color and they did not, returned those no problem and also contacted Race Face regarding the color difference. So I call Jenson back and once again, poor, accusatory customer service, "it seems weird that you returned some of the order and not the bars," along with an emphasis on returning a $10 card and no emphasis on helping out the customer. Im simply looking for a return label since this company does not offer free returns and I was sent the incorrect product. So poor customer service, lack of accountability, and the lack of ambition to help their customers are the reasons I rated this company so low.

Always a pleasure dealing with the staff at the Riverside will-call center. They seem seriously undermanned at first, yet they seem to be able pick parts from a huge warehouse for walk-ins and will-call pick-ups, answer the phone, keep the area tidy, yet still are cheery and composed, willing to listen to your needs and see that youre satisfied with your order. Just by hanging out for a short, you gain an appreciation for what these guys do for customers. Steve-O shows lots of love to his fellow cyclists and you can trust Seth to give an informed answer to any technical things on the mtn biking side of things, all while hes juggling many things from getting back to a bike build to help keep a demo event running smoothly. Things could be more automated, such as price matches, but if that means Jenson is keeping another cyclist employed in this economy, then I have no complaints about a price match that might have to wait until next morning to be verified.

This is the best online bike store. No tax no shipping fee and overnight delivery to Nevada. You can call and negotiate with them on certain things as well. Jensen always comes through and they have really nice in house builds that are high quality with amazing value. I just got the new XT 11 speed from them at half the price a bike shop would charge and got a screamer deal on some spank oozy trail wheels. Just got a custom bar and stem as well. Dont waste your money on the GX NX crap that comes on all the bikes today. I could not believe the carbine 29 they had on offer for 3600 last year with the XT 1X build and top shelf spec and suspension it came with. I am very happy with Jensen. Try the XT 11 speed 1X with the 11-46 cassette. This blows away the sram stuff. So many great deals and very friendly staff. Thanks Jensen I am going to keep shopping with you. No reason to spend $10,000 when you dont have too.

This is a warehouse! Meaning that there is very little product on the floor. The building looks like a warehouse/office. When you walk in, the service area is on the right. Instead of physically looking at items they have computers for you to use to browse their products online. If you want to see something just ask them and theyll bring it out for you to check out! The desk guys who work there are very helpful! Seth, Aaron, Brad, and Steve are all very helpful people and are very easy to talk to. Even if you arent there to buy anything theyll be more than willing to chit chat about any bike discipline. If you need help with your bike but dont know what to fix, theyre all very knowledgeable people and can pin point what you need very easily! The service is great and so are the prices! The best bike shop in the Inland Empire!

Ive had great experiences when I did decide to shop with Jenson. I gave four stars instead of five for this reason; though the free shipping over $50 is great Ill only buy from Jenson if the price is drastically lower than their other free shipping over $50 competitor. The reason for this is Im on the east coast and packages coming from CA via UPS arrive Friday morning then sit in the local hub over the weekend until Monday (has happened 3 times with Jenson alone) where as the competitor uses USPS which always comes faster from CA and if it doesnt they deliver on the weekend. This isnt a reflection on Jenson but Im hopeful that constructive criticism is welcomed by Jenson to improve the customer experience. I realize this is kinda petty but if the price is similar Ill go with the other guys every time. Cheers!

I had ordered an Intense M16 downhill bike online and had it shipped to the Corona location for pick up. When I got home (in Orange County) after getting it I noticed side to side play in the rear wheel. Obviously the first thing I checked was the axel and what do you know... Not tight at all.. Now people make mistakes and I dont know if I was more mad at the Axel not being tight or the way the guy handled it when I called. I asked if they double check every nut and bolt on the bike before it being handed over to the customer and he told me "usually". He did not apologize or offer to take a second look over the bike. He did not seem to care AT ALL. My first experience with Jenson was NOT good but will try again because I rarely hear bad things.

I went down to the Corona location and tried to purchase a item (#BI230T08) and they would not let me purchase the item for the advertise price they said it was a typo and that the real price was a lot more expensive when I asked how much it costs they did not know and would need to get back to me they also have this item on their website for the same price which I copied it incase you needed it, I get the website price because they have a disclaimer about typos but when they advertise the same price in the store and on their website they should honor it. All I want is for them to honor the advertised price on the item

Ive purchased from Jenson several times over the years. On my most recent purchase, somehow the package never arrived to my home, however the USPS tracking info said it was delivered. Called Jenson up and explained the situation. Neither of us was sure what exactly happened, but the guy that helped me out said, "Dont worry. We will get you your stuff." Well, about 3 days later, the new shipment arrived and the order was perfect. Its not their fault the postal service lost the package somewhere, but they DID take care of me without a hassle and thats customer service! Thank you!
