Warning- Took 4 bikes over to be serviced. They didnt do what I paid. Unfinished. To top it all off, they put Several scratches on My wifes brand new bike she got for Christmas. When taking the matter to Wes very politely. He didnt care and said they didnt do it. However, those scratches were not there when I left the bike shop. As I was leaving, he said dont come back. I turned around and said, "why would I come back to do business with a place that messed up my bike? That would be pretty stupid." And then I proceed to say what an AH! I would not recommend to anyone, ever.

i love this shop we bought a Kona mountain bike here 2 years ago for my oldest boy. Every time we come back, Chris calls us by name all 3 of us. I was looking for another mountain bike for me this year jan 1 2015 Chris and wes ( sorry if i didnt spell your name right ) showed me several bikes, set the suspention sag on the 2 that i liked best even helped me with the financing. I went with the full suspention GIANT I like the bike so much im going back on Tuesday to buy one for my oldest boy. Thank you guys i wont buy anything for my bike from anywhere else..

The attitudes here are positive, professional and genuine. Its also a huge benefit that the owners and employees are also avid cyclists ... and strong ones at that. Sure, many shops are similar in this respect but these cats ride frequently and encourage all levels of skills to join them on their rides that occur several times a week. If youre in the spirit of supporting your local bike shop, Id highly recommend this supporting this one.

Brought my MTB in for some repairs and was very happy with the results. Although it was more parts then I planned on buying, the prices were very reasonable and I gladly paid the extra money. Service was fast and the customer service was awesome. They answered all my question that I had about my bike and the staff was extremely friendly. Definitely going to be a regular there.
