These guys were great. Nate has very good customer service skills and took the time to go over all of my questions. I just bought a bike, not from them, and he said to bring my bike in for a free inspection. I brought it there there he next day and there hehe inspection went very well. Took him 5 minutes, and he found a spoke was broken. He didnt try to sell me or rack up a bill, rather he explained what could happen if I ride it with and broken spoke. I was expecting a laundry list of repairs much like the auto mechanic, but not here. I ended up giving them my business as he more than earned my trust. I will always go back for any needs I have.

We were in the area for something else altogether but saw this bike warehouse and decided to have a look.They have quite a comprehensive range of quality bicycles across the price spectrum.Their range of accessories was in the better end of the market with a nice selection of rechargeable head and tail lights.My wife decided she needed a new helmut and David was very attentive in helping us.Its not in our neighborhood where we usually shop but we will look for the same company closer to home when we need further bicycle products.

These Guys Rock!! Purchased a mavic Enduro 27.5 Wheelset from them a few months back and after a few months of putting them through "HELL" snow summit park, average abusive weekly riding the time came to replace my Rear Hoop. Customer Service was great, Turn around was excellent, one of my better experiences in dealing with a reputable bike shop. Like I mentioned earlier in my review, (These guys rock ,,/, I am sold on their products and services, and you will be too!! Make the call today, you will not be disappointed!!

Purchased a bike for about $1000.00 from this place > I needed support and spoke with Nate. He verified that I was a returning / good customer etc. Then they (Markus) told me the part I needed would cost $25-35 and Id have to come in and pay for it before they could order it. The part retails on internet bike shops for $14.00. IMO this is very weak customer service for a return customer...lots of choices for bikes in San Diego...this place is no longer an option for me.

After being unhappy with a cheap department store bike, I came to this place and bought a more expensive $500 bike. Mitch was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed me several different bikes in the same price range and explained the difference. After spending about an hour communicating and test driving different bikes, I was able to make an informed decision. I took it on a 15-mile ride around Mission Bay and so far Im very happy.

Went to Kearny Mesa store, waited for clerk talking to a blond saying "once again" several times repeating information. He never acknowledged my presense with so much as a " I will be with you next". I was hard to miss standing just feet away waiting for service or at least eye contact. Guess he didnt want to make a sale, or maybe just to me? Taking my money elsewhere.

Elise was very helpful. This store had the best online price for the Giant ATX. Spent time talking to me long distance about both the ATX and the Talon. Since I was going to be in San Diego on the weekend, went to the store, met with Elise, test rode both bikes and left with the ATX. Totally enjoyed my experience.

I met with both Lois on one occasion and Mitch a couple days later. Both gentlemen help my wife and me with our questions and were very low key - no pressure to buy. My third visit was to purchase to bikes and a bike rack. I would recommend this Bicycle Warehouse Kearny Mesa to anyone.

Couldnt get my 5 year old son to ride his bike at all. I took it in to rob and the crew and they made some adjustments and a new chain. BAM he is riding like a champ in 20 minutes. You guys are great. I will do all my bicycle businees here from now on.

A great shop with very friendly employees. Larger stock than other locations, but still lack the variety of products some other shops offer. A bit spendy on services, but always have some great closeouts prices that are worth a stop by.
