Best of the best. A few months ago, my girlfriend stopped by the shop to inquire about a jersey for me. While they didnt have exactly what I was looking for (in stock, but able to order with a no issue!) she remarked at how helpful everyone was. Not long after, she expressed an interest in riding. We went to a few shops around Oceanside before heading back to Solana beach - saved the best for last. The sales personnel were awesome. They spent the entire fielding her questions, and making the sales experience about what she wanted (e.g. leaving me out of it... a sign, to me, that this shop "gets it...") She got the bike she wanted, and has raved about it every since. Their selection is extremely well rounded. The store is well stocked and well laid out. Ive visited the service department in the last few days, and the experience was just as good. Josh and the rest of the team are super good at work they do: fast, efficient, personable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I cant say enough good things about this shop! I was worried it was going to be a "big" store and not have the local feel with detailed oriented cycle shop experts... wow was I wrong! What really makes this shop standout are the guys in the back! TJ spent time addressing all my crazy questions and to make sure my bike is setup perfect! He was super patient in answering my list of questions and helping me understand the details! What really pushes them to the next level is for my 30 day free service (included with my new bike) that Josh called me directly and spent 15 minutes detailing out and addressing all of my questions (I dropped off a list with the bike!) Also note that I purchased a mid level hard-tail bike and they still spent time with me and treated me like I purchased top dollar bike! Absolutely impressive customer service!!

If you have a Trek bicycle and you want service, this store is the best. They have great mechanics and customer service, and they are underutilized, which means FAST turn around time. Please understand that Solana Beach Trek is part of Superstore Trek, which means they have access to more bikes/discount bikes/project one bikes than anyone, at the best prices in the nation. I know, because I have shopped them every time I buy a bike. This place is about value, and quality. I am picking my steed up today for its one year go-through, ( 48 hour turn around) and I am sure it will be perfect. Just do it!

I picked up a tire puncture on my road bike about 2 miles from Solana Beach last Sunday on our return ride home from Carlsbad.I was lucky it was a slow leak and we made it to Trek.Matt changed the tube out very quickly and explained the damage was done by a pesty goat head.After paying the $17.55 bill for a new tube and labor we were gone after our 15 minute stopover.Fair price,friendly service and the work done straight away.Excellent!

After online research, this ended up being one of the best options for bike rentals for selection and cost. Rental process was fantastic, great guys, and a cool shop. After talking to the guys, found out its the same owner as a few other shops in the area. We also checked out their san diego location, same great experience, and a greater selection of bikes (in case youre in need of more when shopping).

THIS address was a better bike shop, when it earlier was of "B&L Bike Shop." A pro-road bike shop. For triathletes. I be sorry that "B&L" is now gone, I wish to have been a more frequent customer.
