Debbe & Mike Simmons you two are so lucky to have employees like Marcus. On my first trip in to the San Marcos shop he was professional and knowledgeable. I had done a little research online but had a ton of questions for him. He took the time to listen about my lack of riding for many years, asked what type of riding I would be doing, asked me my budget, and walked me through several options. There was never any pressure of an up sale, just a simple explanation of what each bike would get me for the price. I headed out still doing more comparing and after a follow up phone call to him, I’m the proud new owner of a Giant Talon 3. Thank you, Marcus,!!!! Semper Fi! John

The customer service at Bicycle Warehouse Escondido absolutely surpasses any other shop in the area. I bought my newest mountain bike here about 6 months ago, and in that time I also bought a new fork, wheelset, dropper seatpost, etc. from them, as well had my bike serviced (I ride A LOT). The manager Jesse is very knowledgeable and has always taken really good care of me - and most importantly, my bike. All serious riders need a go-to bike shop - Bicycle Warehouse Escondido is mine.

bought a mountain bike from Jesse at the San Marcos store last year. a couple weeks ago i was out riding and a part of the frame broke. Jesse had me bring the bike in so they could look at it. he contacted Giant and got a replacement frame within a few days. he made sure everything was taken care of and i was back on my bike as quickly as possible. thank you Jesse

Louie was great, he fixed the breaks on my front tire when I never could even if I tried & Im also glad he showed me how to do it too, but now I where to go whenever my bike gets messed up bicycle warehouse (San marcos) is my primary place to get my bike fixed, thank you very much.

Im a mom thats always on the go and I needed my jogging stroller rear tired fixed. The tube was bulging and I dont have time to buy the part and fix it myself. Jesse got me set up with a new tube within ten minutes. Him and Erik were very helpful. Ill definitely be coming back.

I went in today and was quoted around 200 $ roughly for the repair of my bike... I brought it to sport chalet and was told it would be at most 80 $. With a free diagnostic as opposed to this place where they charge 70/hr. Save your self some money and go to sport chalet.
