I found I needed a new kickstand after I added a child carrier to my new beach cruiser; some cool handlebars would be nice, too. At less than 1/2 a mile from my home, I thought this would be where my son and I would be getting all the little extras needed for our new passtime. THAT WILL NOT BE THE CASE! We were boldly ignored as two employees helped one gentleman. When theyd finished with him I was left standing at the counter as they continued their small talk. They both then turned and walked away. My inquiries were met with curt, rude responses. They werent the least bit interested in my patronage...??? Also, I found their selection was extremely limited. There was only one style of high rise bars and only one style kickstand; both chrome while I prefered black. I was told it would be $30 to put them on my cruiser. It would also be a few hours. This was 10 minutes after theyd opened. I opted to do it myself. Upon leaving, they watched as I struggled with their doors (I had my child, bike, and bags of merchandise in hand). I felt shocked and insulted by their lack of professional courtesy. I then went to another nearby shop where I found a very sturdy stand and the coolest bars; both installed immediately for $6. We will return to Bicycle Warehouse...but only to return their low quality products and get our money back. RUDE!!!

Yo compre mi bicy co ellos ,y me la trajeron dañada,y dijeron que no habia ninguna garantía,despues compre unos pedales y les pague para instalarlos,el joven que los instaló se veía que no sabía ni como hacerlo ,se le cayó mi bicy del stand,y sigui forcejeando hasta que se llevó mi bicy para un lugar donde yo ya no lo vi hasta que regresó ya con los pedales instalados,al irme note que el crank estaba doblado,les llame y les comenté y no se hicieron responsables por lis daños que ellos mismos le hicieron a mi bicy,ojo con la tienda de la calle main,que es donde yo tube esa experiencia.ojala que le sirva esto a alguien.

Used google to find bicycle rental in chula vista. Topping the list of bike rentals and nearest to me, I called. Was informed that they did not rent bikes. No explanation was given by the clerk. If this service has been discontinued at this store. it needs to be removed from the search engine. "tomorrow is promised to no one" so please dont waste whats left of my time.

Update- Ive been back since last shopping there a month ago. Again there customer service and knowledge is top! Ive always been treated with fantastic customer service here. There stock is a bit small but like most local bike shops, they can get the part ordered for you. I thrash my bike regularly and Im in need of parts. This is my go to local bike shop from now on.

Website said tyre trade in deal had ended, got there and they offered it? Slightly annoying. I only wanted a cheap set of tyres, cheapest they had were $30 each. I saw some in SD city centre for $18 earlier that day and thought this place would have more choice being a "warehouse". The guy I spoke to was helpful though.

Got my first mountain bike from this store, the people at the store is really helpful and patient answering questions or doubts. Ended up getting some extra stuff for my bike on the next visit.
