Im new to the area and was looking for a bike I could commute to work with but also tear down some trails off road. After looking around the area I was not satisfied with the selection and especially not the prices or quality of the bikes. Went to sports authority and I dont know a whole lot about bikes but I felt like I knew more than the staff. Heard about this place from a local family friend. I walked in and didnt feel pressured to buy a bike. The staff was very friendly and had answers to all my ridiculous questions. I told them what I was looking for that they had in stock but was also shown 4 other bikes that would fit my needs ranging from the lowest model to the highest in my price range! They didnt try and sell me the most expensive one they wanted to find the right one for me. They even talked more about bikes thatd be going on sale in the near future. I test road the 4 bikes, picked out the one I thought would be best for me. They set it up to best fit me and double checked everything on the bike. They also give you free service for a year. After doing further research I found out I actually paid a lot less for my bike than the retail price. Id highly recommend this place! The only complaint I have is the website I just wished they had an online inventory I could look at before actually going down there.

Went to store to put several items on,surf rack,better chain,grips,&a tune up on daughters bike. Bought new at BIG 5 full suspension,but not uber expensive for my daughters needs. 70$ for a tune up but when I got the bike home&checked it out the chain was not even on the front sprocket,&upon closer inspection it was bent. Was told it had been test driven by tech after work was done,A LIE. Took it back,was told it is the way CHINA makes its bike parts out of round.I told them I paid for a tune-up that problem should have been caught&remedied.Paid over 235$total, 70$for about 45 min of work,&they were not through in their skillset. Dont recommend this shop.

Was there many years ago and it was a great place but I am still waiting for you Jim in the harbor looks like your not going to show up wow we did wait for 2 hrs for you to this day its very upsetting you didnt come all 12 of us assumed Susan had once again got to ya and sadly many people have learned that they should have not listened to her and I can prove it

Eric was very helpful, showing me the product options, making recommendations (which actually saved me money) then installing the parts as a courtesy. Was in and out in 15 minutes on a Saturday...incredible!!! Thanks Eric, wish i could find service-oriented staff like you! The owner obviously hires well.

We got my girlfriends bike from Buy My Bikes and everyone we dealt with was personable and knowledgeable. The year of free tune ups has been super helpful as were braking in the bike. The owner is particularly friendly and the staff are as well. I wouldnt hesitate to refer anyone to this bike shop.

These is so much good to say about this bike shop. The staff are all very friendly and they had so many bikes to choose from but the best part is they let us take many test rides until we found the bikes that fit us the best.
