Sean and the guys in service are very knowledgeable and helpful. I was having Sean look at a shifting problem on my bike (Pivot Mach 5.7) I had in the middle of my ride. He noticed a couple of things right away. He fixed the alignment of my rear caliper, replaced my shifting cables (at my request) and noticed my Shimano chain was on backwards. He put a new chain on it adjusted everything and I was on my way. Sean, I know you guys were very busy with work and I appreciate you taking care of me. You guys will get all of my work for now on. If you havent visited The Path Bike Shop you need to go!

Although the staff is friendly and seems knowledgeable, the professionalism is lacking. I took my bike in for a major overhaul, and the service was less than satisfactory. After a month of them having my bike I would expect perfection but it was far from that. Many things were overlooked and some things we discussed were not even completed. Time to find a new mechanic.

This shop is just like their Tustin Location. Great service and excellent choice in Mountain Bikes. They may not carry all the parts youre looking for like the Tustin location. Just like their Tustin location, this shop is definitely a Mt. Bike shop.

Needed a quick inner tube replacement - told it would be 10 minutes...was done and gone in 9. I wish businesses not in the canyon had the same customer service as those in the canyon. Well worth my trip from RSM.
