PROS: -Juan Martinez (Owner) has over 35 years of bike industry Experience and Knowledge. -CyclePro has a great reputation of Building the best hand built wheels hands down. -Shop is one block away from 405 or 5 free way. (convenient) -Art Ayala has great Knowledge of top notch product out in the market -Shop carries great lines such as Scott, Shimano, Aragon 18, Campy, Reynolds etc… -Free quality Coffee anytime. -People you meet are all very passionate and experience cyclists. -Quick but with quality repairs. -Some of the best bike racers of SoCal can been seen here. -Can service High-low end MTB, TT, Cruisers, and Road Bikes CONS: -Closed Sundays (but can be open by appointment) -As of now they don’t Carry shoes or Clothing/Apparel -They do have a website but no on-line sales. -Shop no too big but if not a lot of people it ok.

This is a one of a kind bike shop! Not only do they have the best bicycle service in the area but they are also the nicest people! You can walk in any day and find Juan (owner and head mechanic) having coffee with his clients while his staff members Arturo and Victor give a great service to their clients. Juan knows his stuff and when it comes to wheelsets he can build you the lightest strongest fastest wheel out there! I highly recommend this bike shop whether you are just needing a tune-up or you want to get a really high end bikes and components as well as enjoy a nice chat with the staff members and watch live racing and soccer matches on TV with some high quality coffee from time to time :)

Waste of time. Horrible customer service. Acted like I wasnt worth the time to talk too. I have no idea who would go to this place twice. Lots of places way better then this tiny hole in the wall. They have some crappy bikes for sale too. I would not let these bozos touch my bike. I dont care if this guy was on the Olympic team 100 years ago. Only go here if all the bike shops on the planet have burned down, well still dont go. Better off going to taco bell and just talking about bikes. I really cant believe how bad this place was. They dont care either.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Juan was honest, thorough, and inexpensive. It is refreshing to be able to go to a mechanic and have complete faith that he will tell you exactly what is wrong, and wont create things just to upsell. He specializes in road bikes, and if youre a biker within 20 miles of here and dont know Juan, you are doing yourself a disservice. I have hesitated to post, as I love the quick immediate service level, but I feel its time to share my "jem".

Juan is the best mechanic around! He was so helpful and encouraging when I first started riding. Once I started racing and training with a coach, he built me the best set of wheels for climbing mountains. He takes pride in his work and his prices are great. Ive tried almost every bike shop in SoCal and had very bad experiences. He is the only one I can trust on my bike.

A good friend told me about this bike shop. He brought his bike in for service and it was done in no time plus hell clean your bike - awesome job. My friend was happy so I decided to take mine in. First-class service and knowledgable mechanic...hands down. Turn around time on service is splendid. Ill definitely be back...

Juan is an excellent mechanic and very honest. He knows everything about bikes and does top-notch work. Besides that, he is an accomplished racer. He was on the Mexico Olympic team but he does not brag about it. He is a modest, understated guy who does great work. You will not be disappointed!!

Best experiences ever 15 miles left on my race "Tour de O.C" one of my tires rip from side. This shop got me on the road in lest than 15 min I was able to finish my race. Thanks Juan for your help.

The bike shop didnt fix my derailer issue; offer to sell me unnecessary parts and overcharge me for un resolve issue. Never come back to this place again.
