Ive been riding for about ten years now and currently ride a 2005 Ducati 749. Ive dealt with DP for over three years now, and they have never let me down. I originally hooked up with them through Ebay and now I deal directly with their shop. While I wont speak ill of the other used Ducati parts vendors, DP has stood above and beyond. Their passion and sometime neuroses for Ducati is evident by their knowledge of the bikes. Service, service, service. Anyone can promise you cheap prices and give you a garage product. DP offers more, price backed by a quality product and service. They werent pushy with parts and always tried to set me up with the most economic solution. More importantly, their prices are tremendous! You can’t beat them compared to the dealer because there is no middle man. Ive purchased, fairings, numerous carbon pieces, licensed Ducati gear, a used gear selector, clutch basket, head light assembly, and billeted parts. Check them out

I have bought two Ducatis from Houston Superbikes, both of which have been serviced and modified at their facilities. It is always a treat to head down to the shop and catch up with owners Bobby and Mark, and see their latest projects while enjoying a cold beverage. Houston Superbikes always goes the extra mile when servicing and modifying my bikes. Their facilities include a comfortable lounge, top of the line diagnostic and service equipment, as well as tip top technicians. They have gone as far as to pick up my bike from my home with a truck and trailer for service. My bikes have always been meticulously taken care of there and are always returned with a full wash and detail. They are eager to please and want to build a relationship with their clientele that will last in the long run. Because of this, Houston Superbikes is easily considered in my book the pinnacle of Ducati sales, service, and aftermarket accessories in the region.

Third time is the charm. I had been to two other shops (one big one small) in Houston and HSBK is the S%&T. They are are the antithesis of the super-store, multi-brand profit centers and thank God. I have never bought a bike here, but I think there is no substitute for a sales person who can also turn a wrench. Although they are an Aprilia dealer, they know their Ducs. I started out buying bit parts, tires and seeking advice. I liked the prices, the willingness to talk shop and their ability to provide options. I recently got my Hypermotard back after a pretty extensive engine build, plus other goodies. Bobbie had them work wonders. They are true pros, where artistry meets engineering. It is like being back at GP Motorcycles in San Diego. I could not be happier. I wont be going anywhere else in Houston. Too bad they dont build roads.

I bought an 848 here a few months back. Like most of us do, I began shopping online for the best deals for parts and accessories. To my surprise the huge internet stores and big name sponsors were more expensive that this down to earth local shop. I have since been back to purchase numerous pieces of carbon (which have a superior fit and finish), have tires installed, and oil changed. The shop has always been personable and fair, not to mention extremely patient with a first time Ducati owner such as myself. This shop is on the opposite side of Houston from me but my bike wont go anywhere else for parts and service.

I drove to Houston from Dallas to traded in my Yamaha R1 for a used Ducati Streetfighter with all the accessories. I dont know these guys because Im from Dallas but I had to have THIS bike. The transaction was smooth and quick. No hassle, everything was up front. No behind the scenes haggling or waiting hours for some finance person to write up the papers. In fact, the service was so good I move to Houston. Ok, ok, ok.... turns out I really like Houston, got tired of Cowboys and Mavericks and the silly owners...but here I am! LOVE their inventory and I plan on buying more bikes from these guys.

Ive been dealing with Bobby and his crew for almost a year now. Ive purchased an RSV4 APRC and completed numerous transactions with the dealership. Ive always been treated with respect and my needs have always been met or exceeded. When I need something either they have it in stock or the ship it to me within days. I live in Austin and I make the trip to Houston specifically to deal with HSBK. I routinely recommend them to my friends, extended family and motorcycle school students, many of them have done business with HSBK and Ive never heard a complaint. These guys really know Italian bikes and provide first class service. I have owned several MV Agustas over the years and the service I received at Houston Superbikes has been the best of any dealer that has worked on my bikes. One dealer stripped threads all over my bike, another just did not want to service bikes any more and others lacked the technical knowledge. These guys are a Godsend if you own an exotic Italian bike. Recently I had Houston Superbikes install a slipper clutch. They did a superb job and also helped resolved my fueling issues.

When you walk into HSBK, you can be confident youre dealing with the most knowledgable front staff along with Ducati / Aprilia certified technicians in the back. You get the best of both worlds here and if you speak with others in the moto community, you will quickly realize how highly regarded the HSBK team is. Ive done my service, bought parts, and even bought a new bike from them and I do not plan on shopping anywhere else for any of my moto needs. Houston Superbikes is the premier Italian motorcycle shop in Houston. Bobby and his staff are very talented and passionate about their work. They have a winning race team that knows how to build fast bikes and win races. HSBK is the place to go to have your Italian Superbike serviced. Over the past few years, they have done an outstanding job servicing my Ducati and MV Agusta. Also very happy that they are the new official MV Agusta dealer in Houston. You need to shop the competition and then try this place. Wow I cant believe I didnt find this gem in Houston sooner. This is a Ducati & Aprilia heaven, everything is in stock and at the same prices you find online. I traded in my old Yamaha R6 for a RSV4 Factory. (I wish I could post pictures) These guys actually care about the sport. They have race team and give back buy sponsoring up and coming fast riders in the country. You guys just made a customer for life.

Their customer service is impeccable, knowledge and service department without equal and are just all around excellent operators. Dont do business with these guys. They say they will do something that they dont. They try to avoid the problem and just jack you off. I waited 3 weeks longer than I was told for my service to be done. Bike sat as a result and I was very unsatisfied with their customer service, professionalism and work.
