This dealership does service on Triumph and I had a very minor issue. One of the owners, Juan, took the time out of a busy day to call me and make sure the problem had been resolved to my satisfaction. They are a new operation and there will always be hiccups. It means a lot that the owners care about customer service enough to follow up on even the most minor of items. Thanks Triumph of Woodlands. Good to have you in the area! PS - awesome feature that you are willing to pick up/deliver bikes when owners are not able to do so. Incredible service!

I needed service done on our Honda 250and Yamaha 125 MX bikes. I looked at several places around town that terrible reviews about service so I was very hesitant about taking our bikes to anyone. I was in their shop buying boots, they were great with their help so I decided to take the bikes for service. FANTASTIC! This is the place to go if you need service. They have been on top of everything, and provide up to date status reports as they go. Give this place a chance if you need service.

very impressed with the service, the Quality of the repairs/service so far, and Juan. The only Reason I am not giving five stars is I wish the would have called to tell me they recommended changing the valve seals, this would have been easier to do since they already were checking valve adjustment. Its an hour drive one way for me to get to the shop, so its easier to knock everything out at one time
