We ordered a Samson exhaust system from Titan in September 2016 and to date have not received it. We had various reasons as to why it was not received and also a USPS tracking no. that stated that the parcel was not collected from titan. They did not return emails and we managed to make contact by phone on two occasions. We were told we would get a refund, then later that our refund had been made through Paypal. We had no luck through the Federal Trade Commission or Better Business Bureau. As we are in Australia, it is difficult to take legal action, but finally got a refund through our bank. Dont give up. We will never deal with this business again. They only get one star as you cant post without it. To set the record straight and maybe help other people, we didnt have a Paypal account at that time so the money could not have been refunded via Paypal. Also, if the exhaust system was never manufactured, how did we get a tracking number for a non-existent parcel that had been picked up and lost by USPS. We finally went to our bank that issued our credit card and disputed the transaction through them and obtained a refund back to our credit card.

Im rating this place with a 1 star because I cant give Titan Customs a lower rating. I ordered a set of wheels from Mr Chris Dading in December of 2015 for $3,100 and got multiple emails and lousy excuses for non delivery. It appears that my experience repeats itself, as the farther away we are from Houston, he takes advantage of funds and non delivery. My remedy was taking him to Small Claims Court in Harris County, flying in to appear in court from Hawaii. He never showed up in court, which then resulted in a win for me. To recover your losses, contact the Harris County Court and file your claim. To date 2017, I have still not received my refund.

I Ordered a set of wheels in May 2016, 6 months later still have not received my wheels I was told it would be a maximum of 8 weeks. I was told on many occasions that the wheels where already shipped, then I was told that they were stuck in customs. Titans had forwarded a USPS tracking number which was invalid. I found titan customs to be un true to there word and extremely unreliable. They have wasted 6months of my time and the constantly back and forth with there games is unacceptable. If your thinking of purchasing anything from these people I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. Ive rated 1star as I can not go any lower.

Gave this one star because it would not go any lower. First it took a whopping 15 days to receive order and while I would like to blame on the US postal system it was not their fault. When I finally receive Order it is wrong, I ordered skull horn cover in satin black and they delivered chrome. And last, you can never get anyone on the phone except for their answering service. Do not order and if you do dont be in a rush.

Ordered exhaust pipes on 06/06/15. They supposedly sent them to France (I live in Australia). Parcel for France arrived here and was promptly returned. My parcel still hasnt arrived as at 17th Sept. 10/10/15 Pipes finally arrived. I was so pleased Ive paid for them. So Titans do eventually come through. Dont give up on them.

We ordered spares from South Aftica cost us over $20000 to date still over half of the spares not delivered even after Chris promised time and time again do I have to fly to Houston to sort this out ? The only reason Im putting one star is so that I can post this message.

Owner is very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. He got my 1996 Ultra Classic dialed in and looking sharp. They did a radio upgrade, exhaust upgrade, and fixed an oil leak from the primary. I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend bringing your bike here.

I have found Chris and the people at Titan to be very helpful and have purchased from them 3 times. One small problem but they made it right. I will buy again from Titan Cycle Customs and suggest that other do the same.
