My fathers bike (95 kawasaki Concours) was taken here in April 2015 for them to get it in running shape after he passed away. They were paid $1800 to replace leaking fork seals, rebuild the petcock, new front and rear brakes, oil change, rebuild carbs, new bag stay, new windshield...it has been driven 120 miles since then and the forks leak so much that it blows onto the radiator and when you stop it smokes..like its on fire according to one car that was next to me...the choke on the carb still sticks indicating the carbs were not removed, the floats allow fuel to leak into the cylinder and has caused hydrolock, thank goodness no damage...I was told they balanced the front tire, by Dallas, old weights still in place and bike shakes at 30-40 mph. Dangerous! And they want to charge to re do the fork seals and Dallas says the fuel leaking is caused by the petcock and wants to charge to rebuild it again...the oil should not be black, but looks exactly the same way when it was dropped off, I marked the filter I installed last year, I bet its the same one. I will update. This is one place that if I had read all the bad reviews before hand it never would have gone here.

Well i wasnt going to say anything but this is the wosrt experience i have ever had with a bike shop..took my Harley in for repairs and not only did it take 3 weeks to put a stator in but when i got the bike back i had to tighten all the bolts on the cover plate and the gas tank which i had a half of tank when i took it in came out empty...the mechanic didnt put my top cover of my battery back on he just layed it on the frame under the seat and the chrome cover for the battery was not put on right and needless to say it had grease marks all over it from his fingers...come on guys a simple wipe down is not that hard...so i went back and told the manager and all he said was i fired that guy...not even a sorry..my friends bike was in there too and same thing..crappy workmanship...avoid this place...never again..!!

All I needed was something simple...two tires replaced on my 2006 Honda Ruckus. Like an idiot I first went to the Honda dealer in Conroe That was a joke! They wanted over $150 to change out two small tires. I forgot to mention, I already had already purchased the replacement tires. Oh yeah, the Honda dealer said that it might have been a little cheaper if I purchased the tires from them instead of online. How do you run a business that way, especially in this economy. Anyway, I stumbled into Fastlane and what a suprise...great service, friendly staff, and HALF the price of the Honda dealer. Theres another reason to go there also. They have several bikes for sale at EXTREMELY low prices! Check them out and you wont be dissappointed. Thanks guys! Bob Guinn

Had my bike break down on a Friday afternoon while on a week-long, cross-country bike trip. In less than 24 hours, Fast Lane Cycles diagnosed and fixed the problem, and repaired what the dealer had screwed up from my pre-trip "tune-up". They put other jobs to the side to get me back on the road. The shop doesnt look like much, but the guys there, including the owner "Billy" were honest, charged me a reasonable rate, and even helped me out by getting me to a rental car place so I would have wheels in town while I waited. Awesome work. Awesome rates. Fantastic customer service. If I lived anywhere near Conroe, they are the only place I would take my bikes from now on.

Worst shop ever! When I came in to pay for them only partially doing the work they said they would.I told the guy I wish you guys called me to let me know you didnt get the part in. He then proceed to call me a baby and that I was unreasonable for thinking the tech should let me know there would be a more than a month delay. I would never ever ever take anything to these guys ever again!

Took my go kart in a year ago to get transmission fixed they put the front right tire to tight it broke the rim took it in again recently after I found a new rim. It was not starting they rebuilt carb cleaned fuel tank now transmission is messing up and catching real hard when switching gears

Just had a front tire put on. Even though I didnt have an appointment, Dallas took care of me and got the bike squeezed in. Got to say I was thankful! Rates are the best in the area too! Seem to be good guys and will be back.
