I have been buying from Kingwood Harley for over a year. They have an MVP Program. You can gain points from miles on your ride to buying things. I spent enough in less than a year to Make it to the Gold Level. You would think they would treat you good after spending that much with them. But, NOPE. I went to buy a $170 riding jacket. The only store that had my size was south of downtown. I asked Kingwood to order it from them. I was told by the manager yesterday that I would have it the next day. To me, if you tell someone something you make ot happen. After waiting until right before they closed today they tell me that UPS doesnt deliver on Saturday. Never heard that before. Then the girl who was in the Motor Clothes said that I would just have to wait. The General Manager came in and instead of trying to fix the problem was just in a hurry to give me my money back for the jacket. He said they had problems with the girl in the Motor Clothes before. Like I said he didnt want to even try to make it right. It was...HERES YOUR MONEY NOW LEAVE. That is how they treat people who spend a lot of money with them. I guess you have to be their best friend to get good service. Also, over the past six months they have fired or let go their best employees and have hired the most rude people they could find. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY HERE. I WOULD NOT SPEND MY MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. AND WILL NOT AGAIN. My advice to them would be to treat the customer right, and to treat their Gold Level customers with respect. Try to fix the problem instead of losing business. I guess Ill buy my wifes HD (Christmas present) from another dealer.

Wow!!! What a great experience that the entire staff of the Harley Davidson of Kingwood gave. The Sales department started it off by making the purchase of my new Harley exciting. They were very easy to work with and answered all my questions, then made me ring a loud cow bell and announced to the whole dealership my purchase. From there, they lead me to the parts department that help me really trick my new Street Glide out, from there I went to the service department and they answered all my questions and got me set up to get all the parts put on my bike. I was then lead to the ladies of the clothing department, they were as excited about my new purchase as everybody at the dealership was. I got some fresh new boots, gloves, helment, new leather jacket, and I even got a special free T-shirt that you only get when you purchase a motorcycle. I ride in a club and at my very next meeting all I could talk about was the experience of buying the bike. I will tell everybody out there, if you are looking to HAVE FUN when you purchase a Harley... GO to KINGWOOD.

BOTTOM LINE IS DONT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! so i dropped off my bike for a new rear and front tire and for them to re-position my rear fender. it took 5 days to begin with. then i went to pick it up and the tech had completely missed the part about re-positioning the bracket. i told them i would bring it back the next day. on the ride home i realized my front brake rotor had been completely bent out of shape to the point that my front brake caliper wanted to jump off the bracket that holds it in place. i took it back and they said that i had bent the rotor myself in the 10 miles from their shop to my house. i said fine just please balance my tires (which they had failed to do the first time) and fix my bracket. so on the way home after picking it up the second time i went over some railroad tracks and when i cam off the other side the bracket that they were to fix came off and locked up my rear tire causing it to lock up while i was doing about 35 mph. i began to fishtail but was lucky enough to keep the bike up.

The sales people were very nice until I signed the contract to buy my bike then they just disappeared! They acted as if they didnt care about my worries or needs. Then the service department people were very rude and arrogant people. Lots of bad attitudes all 3 times I went there. There was a guy in the parts department that was very rude as well. He blatantly told me that he was pissed at my situation because he wasnt making any money off my situation! After discussing this with his boss, it was swept under the rug! After that experience, I will never go back to them for anything other that the services I have under my warranty. Jokes on them though, they lost a good customer, since these issues last august I have purchased another Harley Davidson. But this time I went to San Jacinto Harley in Pasadena. Great people in ALL departments. They treated me like they wanted and appreciated my business!!!!! Very helpful people at the service department and very respectful. GO TO SAN JACINTO HARLEY!!!!!!!!!!!

Over the past three years, we have purchased 7 bikes from Kingwood HD. Each transaction has been painless and easy. Dustin has taken care of each time and done a super job. We wanted to sell one of our bikes and he assisted in that sale. Dustin has created customer loyalty with us and we would go place else to purchase a bike. Some people shop for price but for us we feel that they will take care of us no matter what circumstance. Each of our bikes have been serviced at Kingwood HD. Each time we were treated extremely well. Our bike has been finished as promised unless it was something out of their control, but it was finished and as professionaly as possible. The merchandise has a great staff and are friendly. This department has grown and grown....love to shop there. I have been to alot of dealerships and Kingwood HD is our home for all our bike needs....coodoos to all who work there to make it the place it is.

Uno was awesome, we actually just came in to look at the bike we intended to purchase at Cowboy Harley Davidson to see how it feels. Uno was our salesman and we actually ended up purchading a brand new 2017 Road King Soecial. This is the 3rd time we purchased a Harley, I truly appreciate the fact that you guys listen to the customers needs as opposed to just thinking of the sale or commissions. We are greatly impressed with the great customer service we have received. All our questions were answered with no BS and we cant believe how great everybody (Uno, Tim, and all the other department staff members.) treated us. Once again Uno was terrific he didnt try to pressure sell us, he was direct and gave us all the facts that we needed. Thank You Uno for helping us make a great investment.

OMG! My experience with purchasing my second Harley, was by far, hands down, the BEST shopping experience I have ever experienced, when I went to Harley-Davidson of Kingwood. The ENTIRE staff made me feel like family....they all are very personal and catering to your every shopping need. Tim and Uno were the best sales agents I have ever come across when dealing with any type of sales associate. They were thorough and attentive to my every concern. If there is anyone in the market for a Harley, no need to search and research any fuarther.......Harley-Davidson of Kingwood is the place. Go get you one! Tell them Vanessa sent you.........lol!
