I have a scooter that needed minor maintenance. I lugged my scooter up to their service shop on Gray, and dropped it off. Four... four (?)... FOUR weeks later I was finally picking up the scooter. I called numerous times within those four weeks to see when the scooter would be finished and how much it would cost. Someone different answered every time. They all had a different story: "Sorry dude, the guy who works on the scooters has had family problems" or "Yeah Ill leave a message for the guy, he will be back to you shortly" or "I dont know anything about that. I will call you back". Despite their comments, I never once had a call back. After 3.5 weeks, I called to demand to have my scooter returned as is, and the man said that the scooter is ready, had been so for a while. These guys must be either very unorganized or very unmotivated. Either way, be aware of this repair lair nightmare. PS. One week after getting the scooter "repaired", the scooter then stopped running completely. Coincidence?...

I got a scooter from them a little over a year ago. They were nice to deal with and were patient while I tested a few scooters - not high pressure. I waited about a week, made the decision and got it. When I got it home, I found the oil was very low and tire pressure was very low - bizarre that they didnt have it road-ready for me. Since then, trying to do any service with them at their other location has been a pain in the butt. This place is okay, but they really need to get their act together before Id highly recommend them. (gave 3 stars) ---Aug 2015: Used them again for a repair. They couldnt find my ticket and it was still disorganized, yes, but they were really great about making the repair happen fast - and worked on the weekend to make it happen. Im hopeful for the new folks running it. They are MUCH cheaper and faster than the big Aprilia motorsports place on 59. (changed to 4 stars)

I bought a kymco agility from apollo scooters about 1 month ago and it is perfect. I recommend it as the cheapest scooter you should buy. Also apollo scooters gave me a fair price on my trade in, sold me the scooter for msrp and got the safety check done for me before delivery. They also in house financed me 500 to get me in it right away. Ive checked other scooter prices for a quality scooter and dealers are often charging near double msrp for brand name scooters. At 2,300 otd taking into account the whole buying experience, quality of scooter and the two year warranty it would be absurd to get anything else unless you have alot of extra money to burn or require freeway commutes.

250 SYM Scooter. These guys are great. First I wanted to have my scooter painted bright green before I even bought it. Mat took it all apart and I took the pieces to a car paint place, when the painting was done, Matt put it back together. It is perfect. Also, I kinda bumped into the side of a wall. It was stalling out after that and Matt came to my house at 10 at night and fixed it right in my driveway. Doctors dont even make house call. Cant ask for nicer guys. My scooter gets 81 MPG.

Went in today and left with my own awesome scooter. Loyd was great and really listened to what I wanted. Earl, delivered my bike, and he was awesome. He stayed with me for a while making sure I knew the ins and outs and felt comfortable with the basics. thanks so much! Christmas came early for me!

NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE - i purchased a scooter from them and it is due for its servicing...i have called their office a gazillion times and no one ever picks up the phone and the voice box is full....very disappointed with this customer service........never buy anything from them

I advised not to go here if you want your bike being destroyed when you get it back to you and an owner who will assault and pushes you and will not own up to messing up your bike right now hes probably gonna be facing charges against him for assault

* DONT use THESE GUYS! Dropped off a RAZOR e200s they enthusiastically said they would purchase from me. After two weeks of phone tag, the owner/check-writer is just a phantom despite voicemails & email messages. Apollo Scooters is sooo bunk! *-kw

Purchased a used Kymco People 250 off Craigslist that been sitting for 2 years. Ran real rough and stalled frequently. Jim cleaned the carb and a valve adjustment now it runs superb. Great results with a good price and turn around.
