Even though I purchased my Suzuki V-Strom in Maryland the guys in the Polaris West Parts Dept, especially Matt and Ken Haley, the Service Manager, have always been very helpful whenever I visit. Ken is even trying to help me to convince Suzuki to replace an item that I have had an issue for some time. I only just found out that Suzuki will replace it but unfortunately my warranty just ran out. Ken has agreed to speak to Suzuki and ask them to replace it out of goodwill. Fingers crossed that Suzuki will be as understanding as the guys at Polaris West. I have been to Mancuso on I-45 more than a few times but have been ignored every time I went there. The sales guys in Polaris West have always spoken to me. They have always been polite and willing to discuss any of the bikes they have for sale even though I tell them I am not there to buy a bike as I am happy with the one I got. If I had known about Polaris West before I bought my bike last year I would have probably bought it from them. 8-20-2016 Update: Just spoke to Ken. Suzuki has agreed to replace my rear rack even though my warranty had expired. Cant thank Ken and the guys at Heyser Cycles in Maryland enough for all their support and efforts to resolve this issue. This also goes to prove that Suzuki really do support their customers. Well done guys! Great job.

Great Triumph dealer. I own my 1st Street Triple in 2012. Bought it from a different dealer and the purchase experience was long and painful. Then later discovered this dealer. Met Richard Luebuck and bought a Triumph Bonneville SE; it was a fair deal. He was straight to the point. Serious guy but helpful. Fast forward to 2015, decided to buy a Street Triple R from him, I spoke directly to him and got a decent deal. I would say the whole purchase process took about 20 to 30 min. It took more time to prepare the bike than the deal itself. The only issue with this dealer is the speed of the service department. They are helpful but it seems they are short of hands. Simple oil and filter change can take 3 hours. This could be, like I said, due not enough mechanics in the shop to just too many clients asking for service there , which can be a good thing actually. Overall, and at least for me, the experience has been smooth.I wont bother visiting Team Mancuso or any of those big places, you wont be treated the same, I was not. The ice on the cake... you can eat breakfast at Snappys ;-) and old Texas breakfast restaurant that is 1 min away of walking, while your bike gets service. Best breakfast you can find at Katy.

Not really impressed. After looking at ATVs for about 15 minutes, finally a salesman came up and poorly explained the quad my wife and I were looking at. I was ready to buy though with cash in hand and he gave me an offer. I left to think about it and he tells me not to cry if I come back and its gone! Pfft...really? Like Im hard up for a 4 wheeler and there isnt a dozen Polaris dealers within an hour from Houston. So I called 2 other dealers and they both beat his price by several hundred dollars. Polaris West had the color I preferred though so I called him and gave him the chance to come down another $250. He tells me hes busy with another customer and would call me back. At this point, Im pretty much done with him but he does call back to tell me they will only come down another $70. I asked him if we was willing to lose a sale over a couple hundred dollars. He basically made a comment about me making a mistake buying from a dealer thats 30 mins away. Very lame experience and a waste of time. I ended up getting great service and saving a couple hundred bucks by driving to Houston Motorsports.

My experiences with this dealership have been horrible. I bought a new Triumph from them four years ago. The bike had a minor problem right out of the crate (a defective chain), both the service and general managers tried to convince me it was normal. I took my two day old motorcycle to another dealership who immediately fixed the problem under warranty. Last weekend I went to look at a used bike they had for sale. First alarm bell was the salesman who was was too fat and lazy to get out of his chair to greet me. Instead he shouted at me from across the sales floor. Then after telling me the bike was available, tried to sell me every bike on the property except the one I was interested in. Then he wandered off to talk to another customers (and ogle over the guys big breasted wife) and talk trash with other employees, after Id told him I was ready to buy the bike with cash. Stay as far away as possible from these buffoons.

Over the past two years I have purchased 4 motorcycles from 4 different dealers. The experience with Polaris was outstanding. I have only dealt with Richard Luebeck and he is an absolute straight shooter. No games or ripoffs like some of the other dealers on SW Frwy do. I got a great deal and smooth transaction when purchasing my Triumph Bonneville. This year I decided to sell two of my bikes but did not want to deal with the hassles of selling myself. Polaris took them on consignment and sold it for better than I expected. They handled everything including my bank payoffs. One of two bikes was hard to sell and other dealers did not want to touch it, but Polaris found a buyer across the country within 10 days. If you are looking for a genuine, honest and straight forward dealer for your next purchase or even sell a used bike, look no further. I highly recommend Polaris West.

The service department is horrible. I have a rzr 1000 that I accidentally got water and sand in the engine due to intake hose falling down, and tires throwing water and sand into it. Insurance provided me a brand new engine and Polaris west forgot to clean the intake hose from breather to engine and crankcase breather hose, in which all the sand that was left in the hoses got sucked up into new engine, (new engine will be crap)!!! The service manager and tech claimed they cleaned them, after arguing till I was about to commit a crime the tech ADMITTED he did NOT clean them. The service managers needs some serious schooling on how an engine works, the oil filter will NOT catch sand unless it makes it past 2 rings and an oil ring then its too far gone! TAKE YOUR MACHINE ELSEWHERE TO GET REPAIRED, Polaris West should be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!

The salesman here was quite rude to me a few years ago when I was shopping for an atv for my wife. Asking to run credit checks prior to me even saying I want the atv (as in I was there for less than five minutes just sitting on it and looking at it and he came out and asked within a minute or two). Claimed it was one atv model, I said he was wrong and proved it and he mumbled something under his breath... I ended up buying from Cycle Shack North for this reason. Then around a month ago I stopped by to look at rangers for my lease, again the same grease-ball comes out same annoying hurry up and buy tactics. This dealer is the closest Polaris and Suzuki dealer to my house, I would use them if theyd develop some customer service skills. Tejas, Cycle Shack or stubbs will take good care or you if youre looking for a Suzuki.
