I recently acquired a Victory V92 TC Deluxe. The previous owner always had it serviced by Topeka Powersports and said he never had any issues with them. Called them earlier in the week and got transferred to service where I had to leave a voicemail. Was a bit concerned after reading previous reviews but that has all changed for me now. I got a call back within a couple of hours and they scheduled my 20k service for Saturday morning at 9:00AM. Got in as promised and my bike was done in about 1/2 hour. I had asked the mechanic (Roy, I think?) to give it a good going over as Im planning a long trip and he did just that. We had a nice visit about my bike when he was done and he answered a couple of my questions knowledgeably. Bottom line, I am very pleased with their service and will go back. As a footnote, while I was waiting for the work to be done, their parts guy saw me looking at the gear on display and came over to show me a new, modular helmet they just got in. He was not pushy while he showed me its features, the best of which being a red light in the back that can be linked to your brake lights. I told him Id just recently purchased a new helmet and he simply said I should remember this one when I was in the market again - and I will.

Called 6 months ago about having my Honda Foreman worked on, they told me they would put me on a list because they were busy, and they would call in 2 weeks. Called them a month later, still could not get a time for work to be done, and even was implied the work was too time consuming and expensive, and they acted like they did not want to do the work. Hmmm?? Expensive? you would think they would want it right in to make money. Long story short, got tired of waiting to hear from them and did repairs ourselves, and were able to buy the parts needed elsewhere. Now it runs great. The repairs we needed done were a new first gear, and this was too hard for them apparently. Zero stars for a rating

Absolutely disgusted with them. Ordered highway bar, pegs and saddle bags. They came in 4 days later....got the call at day 6, took bike in and was told the saddle bags I ordered needed to be changed because they werent carried any longer. Did that.....I left the bike and was told 3-4 days....8 days later still waiting for them to put on highway bar and pegs because they wanted to wait for the bags that I told them I could put on. They are the worst at customer service I have ever seen and dont even rate a single star. If you have any other options take them. You will be totally screwed over topeka powersports. I am anxiously awaiting the day that this business folds.

Owned a Victory for 5 years, been serviced at different Victory dealers across the country, and these guys are absolutely the worst. High prices and horrible service. I am based at Fort Riley, about an hour away and the only other dealer was Wichita (2 hours). I had a couple of issues arise with my Kingpin that were specific to Victory and they were unhelpful and rude. I ended up selling my bike and going with a different brand because of these jokers. It is sad that these guys get to put the Victory logo up on their shop. Well done boys, good work on doing a sucky job. Keep lowering the bar!

Holy crappy service $626.53 to clean a carb replace a plug wire and rebuild a water pump on a 05 crf 450 finally had a chance to ride it and the water pump leaks, backfires and started only by pulling it. your better off buying the parts on line and you tubing the job and doing it yourself. what happened to Honesty and Integrity (NOT HERE PEOPLE) Mr Owner no need to try defending your team. Just Damn disappointed to have waited a long time to be able to ride my bike again and to find out all the work I had done was not correct.

Wanted to test drive a few scooters. The dealer said that he would have to put gas in the scooter that I wanted. He then asked for my (motorcycle) license and insurance. Then he redirected me to a larger motorcycle. I never saw the scooter getting gas and the other salesmen on the floor said that a test drive was typically a problem with the manager. It makes me wonder if he has insurance to cover any vehicles on or off of his property. How does he expect to get any business?

Not sure what to write here...i have no idea how good or bad they really are. I went in took look at bikes and get parts for my current bike. Walked around for 10-15 minutes, walked up to the parts counter, there was a girl on her cell phone...she didnt even acknowledge me. The guy on the floor walked outside, never saw him again...so i left. If you want to look at bikes, its a great place...if you want to buy one or buy parts, good luck. Nice looking store though.

Bought my Honda Pioneer from Topeka Powersports and also recently ordered a winch and snow blade package. I took it in to have it installed and they estimated it would take 2 days with the other service they had lined up in front of it. They were actually able to knock it out the same day. They also did a nice job of showing me how it operated and detached from my machine. Thanks guys and great job.

I tried calling the store several times and finally someone answered, I asked if they carried certain parts for a jetski, they said they did and come in and order. I went in and waited while an employee talked to a friend for 5 minutes then was told they dont do parts, even though I was told by one of the owners they could have it shipped in. Bad business, never going to think about that place again.

I have had my black 97 Goldwing in this shop several times this year and have received prompt service and quality work. I have also bought parts and clothing and am very satisfied. I had 2 new tires, brakes, CompUfire alternator, among the service I received this year. The previous owners were not interested in my business. The new owner is a great improvement!

This is absolutley the worst place in town for atv/dirt bikes. They dont know anything their doing, or what they have in their inventory. I asked them simple questions that they should of known the answers to. Their cluless and cop an attitude when you ask them basic stuff they should know. Go to cycle zone or buy from the internet, steer clear from this place

Went in looking for an air filter for a Honda 50 which they didnt have. I then asked about a set of valve tappet feeler gauges. The parts employee told me they didnt have any specialized tools like that. On my way out the door, I passed a rack with approximately 10 sets of feeler gauges on it. Unimpressed with the knowledge or interest shown by the staff.
