I will never take my bike here again i was completely ripped off! I have a heavy cruiser *Yamaha midnight star* that i wanted to take in to the the solenoid checked maybe the starter since it wasnt turning engaging. I lived 2-3 blocks from the shop to far to push a thousand pound bike. He charged me $100 to come get it *tow* and all he did is grab his personal ford ranger and put it in the back. If i wasnt in a time crunch i would of paid 80 to have a real tow truck to come get it. I straight up told him what was wrong. i told him it was something with the starter since the bike would run just fine once it turned over and i caused a short with the battery. it took him 5 days to even look at it and once he "looked at it" he told me the engine seized and it had no oil. I have a dry sump oil system YOU CANT CHECK THE OIL UNLESS THE ENGINE HAS BEEN RUNNING FOR 20 MIN. he didnt even know how to check the oil. what mechanic dosnt know how to check the oil????????? so i had to pay an additional 70 for him to tell me to my face a lie. i let him talk i just wanted my bike away from him. if you cant check the oil i dont want you touching it. I took my bike to a real shop they had it started in 20 min and all it was was a shorted solenoid and the oil was 100% fine this guy might be ok with sport bikes but DO NOT let him touch a cruiser

Awesome shop! Work done on time and as promised, thats very important when i use my motorcycle for daily commute. Excellent bike knowledge, and able to identify the problems with good estimate of completion time. Price is excellent too. Friendly and with good personality, unlike bigger dealership whos there to charge you for everything. Would recommend to all bikers who want to have their bike done fast. I already have 3 bikes repaired by veaglerider. Thanks Veaglerider for keeping my bikes in tune dor the road.

As a "girl", Ive had problems being treated fairly when working with bike mechanics. However, V-Eagle Rider MS was a different experience. I drove by and stopped in to ask about working on my bike. Within the hour it was towed into the shop. The following day I had the diagnostic and estimate. The price was fair for the work that was required. Its great to have a mechanic I can count on. I hope I wont need it again soon, but I will definitely be using them in the future.

Called in, said they could do what I needed. I have a 11 Triumph Speed Triple needing my rear tire changed. It has a single sided swing arm, which was being a pain because no one in the area could do it.The crew here knocked in out no problem. Dropped off my bike, came back a couple hours later, done deal. Guys were courteous and got the job done. I will definitely be using this shop again in the future.

Absolute worst experience I have ever encountered with a business. Terrible work ethic and effortless communication. If you want to run around in circles and not get your problems solved for weeks, go to this guy, he will be sure to make your life miserable. WORST.BUSINESS.EVER. Not even worth a 1 star rating.

I paid 900 dollars to get my bike fixed. Drove ten miles down the road and it broke down again. The owner charged me to come pick it up and tow it back. Ask for a warranty beforehand. I didnt and found out he would not warranty any of his work.

The hours are listed as ten to six. I came to get some work done on Saturday at 4:30, and he already left. Came back Monday at ten, he wasnt there. Finding a shop that actually follows their own hours.
