You will not find a better motorycle store for your Moto Guzzi or BMW needs anywhere. Mike Haven ( the owner) is just hands-down the best technician I have ever run across. While not a BMW dealer, Mike is a Master level Bosch technician and has been working on German cars for something like 30 years. He is an avid motorcycle enthsiast and combines his expertise and passion into great customer service. I know people that travel thousands of miles to have Mike work on their bikes. Look no further!

In the 10 years Ive known them, Ive never had any problem having MPH service my vehicles, including my Honda, and its an Odyssey! Mike doesnt suffer fools very well, but hes a hell of a mechanic, and a straight-up guy. Hes one of only 2 people that I would ever allow to work on my bikes... the other one is Davy, who also works at MPH and has worked on my motorcycles for 37 years. Suggest that Brent is projecting his own personality on Mike, who typically treats his customers like good friends.

This was an awesome place. I called to ask if they did inspections and I was told what time to bring my bike in so I wouldnt have to wait. I thought that was a nice touch of courtesy. I didnt have to wait, and the price was super-reasonable, I almost felt guilty so I felt compelled to leave a good review as well.

Mike Heaven is a passionate motorcyclist and mechanic. He knows his stuff and takes care of your two wheel machine. He recently moved his shop to his property located in Hempstead. It is worth it the trip to his place. Call him and make an appointment. He may ever take care of you during the weekend!

I dont personally own a Guzzi or a car that they would work on but I know a bunch of people that do and have received fantastic service from them. Great motorcycle mechanic and top not Euro car techs. And its fun just to go up there and gab when they arent to busy. Great place to go.

The place to bring your Moto Guzzi or BMW motorcycle for maintenance, service and repair, when only the very best will do. Mike Haven moved the shop from his building at 16510 Park Row, 77084 to Hempstead but to get my BMW repaired right, it was so worth it. Thanks Mike!

Just called these people and this guy Mike answered and was kind of rude and tells me " we dont service japanese bikes...." Why the hell would you have a picture posted of a gixxer then!!!! All I needed was a godamn light bulb!!!!

I live in Canada, too far away to visit MPH in person, but I have ordered Moto Guzzi parts from them several times. They are friendly, honest, accommodating, and ship very quickly. Excellent people, great service!

I called this place at 9:00am and the lady told me to email the mechanic. I never heard a reply so I called back at 2:00 pm she said that he would reply back to me by the end of the business day. "never replied"

They are very good and honest people. I bought my Hyosung here. These people were nothing like typical car salesmen. They are very straight forward. Literally took about few minutes to make the deal.
