I was in town for the weekend visiting family and had a taillight burn out on my 2016 RoadGlide (purchased elsewhere). Now this was the 4th time its happened, and each time I spoke to my local HD I was sort of blown off. "Bad bulbs, fingerprint burnout..." etc. I decided to stop in to Mancuso and see if they would take a look or at least give me another opinion. I was blown away at how great they were. The guys I spoke with in service listened to my issue, gave me several options as to what it might be, all without acting like i was being a pain about a $3 bulb. They offered to check switches and wiring, look for a short etc if i didnt mind waiting. My GF and I were then treated to a tour of the dealership, introduced to some of the employees and had an overall amazing experience. It sounds kind of crazy but honestly they were all so great and welcoming and compared to where i bought the bike (not disparaging them, but larger operations do come off more churn & burn with customers), this place was fantastic. I seriously have been regretting the fact that i didnt buy the bike there to begin with. I live in Austin and am now trying to figure out how to schedule vists to Houston for my regular services, oil changes, etc. Im a huge fan of this place and would recommend it to anyone.

What can I say about this awesome experience!!! I was looking to trade my brand new Kawasaki V1700 after only having a month. I always wanted a Harley but I let the guy talk me out of it originally. I knew it would practically be impossible to trade or get rid of it since the bike was so new. So I decided to look for a Harley Davidson Dealership and saw the reviews for Harley-Davidson central. I kept noticing one name on each review JAMES "HOT ROD" BAKER. Well I woke up early Saturday to go meet this guy they called "Hot Rod" well the stories were accurate this guy made magic happen. He worked with-in the budget I needed and helped with the negative equity I couldnt avoid. Im definitely pleased, I purchased a brand new Road Glide and I couldnt be any more excited. I would refer James to anybody looking to buy a bike he treats you like family. He even responded to my text messages when I had questions about my bike after the sale was complete which was the icing on the cake!! So thanks James and Mancuso Harley Davidson for a stress free purchasing experience!!!

Im kinda disappointed because I went in there around this time last year to buy my 1200 sportster and I promised the salesman Hot Rod Id be back this year to get the Dyna. It was a shock to go out there and try to work a cash deal on that 17 FatBoy (Im in love with that bike)(cash in hand mind you) only to be told that he transferred and the young man there said he wasnt sure where hed transferred to. While I realize that one salesman doesnt make a dealership but the guy would text you about upcoming rides and events. Even got a text recommending a pit stop. I know its a salesmans job to sell a bike but the new guy just didnt have that feel that made me wanna buy the bike. Needless to say I didnt end up with my bike but I did get me some floorboards and gonna throw some baby apes on this 1200 and probably ride her another year. Anybody heard from ol Hot Rod???

Had some work done on my 2011 Road Glide Ultra with these guys. Great work ! My neighbor ran over my bike with a Dodge 3500 Dully 3 weeks before the Austin ROT rally. I had prepaid for all my expences 2 months before the accident. BOY was I pissed. I called and spoke with Daniel Maldonado, explained my situation, these guys got right on it ! I hear everyone cry about prices and not getting calls returned. 1st off, its a Harley. If you cant afford a great American Legend for a motorcycle, buy a rice burning jap mobile. 2nd, if they are working on your motorcycle, DONT EXPECT THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE. They are busy doing what they do best. They buy, sell and fix motorcycles... This is NOT a call center. The job was done correctly and my motorcycle was better than expected. Thanks Mancuso ! Ill be back next time I need you !

Please go here if you like getting ripped off. They charge above MSRP for parts (significantly). As if that isnt ridiculous enough, take a look at their used bike prices. I was looking through and they are charging $10,500 for a used XL1200R Sportster with 2300 miles. The list price for that bike NEW is $8900. How the F do you charge $1600 more for a USED bike than the SUGGESTED price of a NEW bike. They pretty much prey on uninformed buyers and lie to them. I saw them sucker some guy into the extra warranty, and he lied by saying that you needed to have the bike serviced at the dealer to keep the warranty valid. They charge over $250 for a simple oil change by the way. Avoid at all costs!

I just needed a birthday present but worked on the other side of Houston. I called and spoke to JOY (boy did she get named right). I told her my Goggle maps said I would be there by 556 pm. Well after horrible traffic all the way, I made it there at 558. The door was already locked but I guess I looked desperate to the nice young manager guy. He told me I had 2 minutes. I went to wear the clothing was and AWESOME JOY already had the wallet out for me. Yeah it was only a wallet but if they cared enough to make a wallet sale happy think about what they would do if you got a motorcycle from them. You dont get that kind of customer service anywhere anymore and its so nice to know Mancuso still has it

I have purchased and traded in multiple bikes at Mancuso Central. While the whole staff is great, James aka Hot Rod is the reason I go there. When I set out for my first Harley I went to multiple dealers all over the city. Not only was Hot Rod able to provide the best price after working hard to make the deal happen, but he was also very tentative and didnt try to over sell me on the most expensive bike. He took into consideration what I wanted out of a bike and made sure to find exactly that. To this day Hot Rod reaches out asking how Im doing. Top notch customer service and a great guy to deal with! P.s. The chocolate cake you receive after getting a bike is one of the best around!

This was my first experience at this dealership. I met with James Baker over a 2016 Ultra limited and was very pleased with the attention and honesty that I got with James. I was introduced to the staff on site and was well received. I was treated so well by everyone and I felt as if I was James only customer though I know that I wasnt. I had an enjoyable experience and was treated very well at this location and would recommend it to my friends. I recently took my bike in for service and even now after the purchase was complete I still was treated like I was important and I greatly appreciate James and everyone over at Mancuso Harley-Davidson Central for their service and product.
