“After experiencing a 4th of July breakdown, and then a tow into your shop on the 5th and a great service dept. experience on my repair that day, I was upstairs looking at bikes just to kill time during the repair process. I was not in the market to trade but I stumbled across a 2013 Ultra Limited 110th Anniversary bike that after my wife & I saw it, both felt we needed to buy it. I started working with Vinny that day but left without making a deal. The following week we got together on numbers and Vinny went the extra mile to accommodate my transaction over the phone as I had added some extras and he walked me through that in a calm and helpful manner through the coming week or so. Two weeks went by before I was able to pick the bike up. An issue in the shop after the sale was handled very well and a testimony to the quality of Dillon Brothers H-D. I would recommend you folks to anyone. I live 332 miles from your shop and that was a concern for me but it was all a very quality experience and your staff is to be commended on their professionalism. We were involved with motorclothes, service, & bike sales and I give 5 out of 5 stars to everyone involved, especially Vinny!”

I tried replacing a part on my own on my 07 FXDB, which was the Idle Air Control. After replacing the part my bike started and idled as if the throttle was wide open. After letting the bike sit for about a week I finally decided to call Harley and see what they could do for me despite hearing horror stories about Harley dealerships online. The guy that answered the phone was incredibly friendly and told me that they could look at the bike for me. I told them that I wouldnt be able to ride it there because it was unrideable so I told them Id have to have AAA tow it there. The guy told me they would come pick it up for $25. I was so shocked! They picked it up a few days later, (on a Tuesday to be exact) and they called me that Friday to tell me the bike was fixed and running. The total cost to fix my bike ended up being a measly $167 (including the cost to tow it) and Im so happy I got my bike back! Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and none of them were condescending like some repair places can be at times. If its something I cant fix on my bike Im definitely taking my bike to these guys again! Great experience!

From the day I purchased my new 2012 Streetglide from the sales dept. until I picked it up, my experiance with Dillon Bros. has been more than satisfactory. I really enjoyed working with the parts department in ordering the extra accesories and for the input / recomendations they had to make my new bike just what I wanted. Dillons service department also needs to be recognized as a top notch facility as they totally disassembled my new bike and installed all the new parts/accesories without a scratch. My recent 5000 mile service was as simple as riding down, getting in/out and on my way. I cant leave out the ever so friendly staff that awaits you when you walk in the front door too. They always happen to find/have new attire that I just havta have before I leave. You guys should maybe consider the Affliction line too...LOL. Thanks goes out to Dillon Brothers staff for making it a great buying experiance. Mike L.

You have a lot of harley places to go to in this area......dont bother going to this one as the dont care about the customer. My story....I call them one day and ask if they have takeoff exhaust parts I could use. I am told sure we have these slip on mufflers we can sell you and a bunch of stock head pipes I could have for X dollars. I call a couple days later and inquire again to make sure I could come look at them and they say come on down. I waste an hour and a half going there only to have them end up saying the dont have the mufflers they told me they did, and as for the stock head pipes they wouldnt even sell me one as they wanted to keep what they had or something. I was pleasant to them the whole time......they just didnt care about what I had been told on the phone and whether I would do business with them again for anything. Dont waste your time with these folks.

Mid 2014 I visited dillons looking at a used street glide. Even though it was very late in the day, Brian Polland arranged for me to demo the used bike I was looking at and a new street glide. Afterwards Brian could tell I was not overly excited about either bike and suggested I try an ultra. Even at closing time Brian let me try the ultra, and it turn out to be everything I was looking for. About a month later Dillons had the ultra limited I wanted and Brian and Tom Kindler made it happen at a great price with just the right accessories. This was not my first new bike purchase from Dillons. I had a great experience on my previous purchase as well. I have found that all the folks at Dillon Harley are always very plesant, and go the extra mile to make sure everyone that walks into the dealership leaves happy.

“My wife and I have never had a bad day when we leave the hood (South Omaha) to see & talk to Matt & all the guys in the service department, Vinnie in sales & even good ole Tom Kindler - you just cant forget Tom, he is always looking for a friend or just somebody to talk too. Everyone at the Parts counter is very informative. Keep Mike at the computer or in the office tho - dont let him move motorcycles around - he has been known to drop a couple. Baahhaaa. Paint shop did a very nice job - thank you! We have never, ever had a bad experience with any of our motorcycle purchases, parts, or any business dealings at Dillon H-D and have always enjoyed going out there. Thanks to all of you!!! Johnny and Jody Gubalke from Da South Side Hood :)”

Also like to say Thanks to Kelsey for her professional end of the sale in all the paper work and all her work that goes into this to make it so easy. I have been a customer of Dillon Brothers Harley-Davidson for about 2 years now and have been very pleased with my experiences of purchasing 3 new Harley-Davidson motorcycles, Harley parts, clothing and helmets. They are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and they offer the best deals on Harleys in the area. The parts and service departments are friendly and informative when I am in need of their help and service on my bikes. The management and sales departments do an excellent job of keeping customers coming back by their numerous sales, promotions, rides and special events they put on for their customers. You wont go wrong in buying your new or used bike from Dillon Brothers
