I purchased a TTR50 from them for my kid. I live over 100 miles away so I called to confirm they had it in stock and that it would be prepared and ready to go when we got there. They told me they would go over it and get it ready. When I picked up the bike they went over a check list with me and started the bike. The idle was so low that the bike would not stay running without revving the motor, and the chain had alot of slack in it. I asked about both as I did not want to give my kid a present that he couldnt play with. I was told that they were fine and that the idle would be fine after it was ridden a little. Not knowing any better we loaded it up and brought it home. Now my son has a brand new bike that I (untalented with mechanical stuff) need to fix or spend 4 hrs driving there and back so they can fix what they said was not a issue when I bought it. I have 2 more bikes to buy this year and can assure you they will not be getting any more of my money... Idle is so low that it doesnt stay running unless the choke is all the way on even after its warm, and the chain has over 2 inches of play when the back swing arm is on the bump stop. Disappointingly dismissed customer,.

Ive used them a lot to work on my Kawasaki because they are closer to my house. Ive never had any bad experience with them, the work they do is as good as you can hope for, (better than some of the kawasaki dealers) I think they are straight shooters, and give a fair deal and do quality work. Ive only used them for maintenance, tires, batteries and to install a lowering kit. Once, I was having battery problems with an Old Kawi. 750 Vulcan and I had wasted a lot of money buying new batteries, and chargers and was considering putting in a new rotor, or generator/alternator. I told them about it and they set me straight, I was just using the wrong battery, so for the cost of a cheap battery, the problem was fixed. They can be slow, especially in the summertime, but that is probably true of most repair shops. Because Summer is when most people are riding their bikes and finding things that need fixing. In the off-season, they get things done quickly

Seriously, if you need a Yamaha worked on or any other bike for that matter DO NOT TAKE TO K&N Donni in the Service Department is major jerk and has zero customer service skills. I had requested a phone call when there was a determination of what the issue was with my bike and did not get one. I had to go to the store and when I arrived Donni made it clear he was not happy to see me. Had a bad attitude and was very short with me and other patrons who were there. After a week my bike was still not ready and it would be another four days. Justified by a statement that there are other customer issues and items that had to be addressed before he could have the work to my bike finished. Taking longer to fix my bike I can understand, lake of customer service, being rude and a bad attitude I can not. On the day his mangina is hurting he should stay home!

The folks at K&N really know how to support the motorcycling community. They have an excellent staff and whether it is a new or used motorcycle, ATV, generator or accessories you can always find a large selection and get expert advice from their staff. They are THE PLACE to buy MC tires in Tulsa - excellent prices and expert mounting and balancing. Their very popular annual event, Passport Oklahoma, is another example of the comprehensive range of products and services that they offer. This is a special dealership and anyone with motorcycle, ATV or similar needs should definitely check them out. You will not be disappointed.

DONT buy anything from these people. ..First of all Donnie is rude and very unprofessional. My husband purchase an FJR bike came home with it ..the bike would not idle. .he took it back Donnie cuss my husband out, and begain to throw things at my husband cause he asked could it be fix. Donnie seem more mad that we brought the bike back than trying to please a customer. We decide not to purchase the bike due to his behavior.

Just read a bad rap on Donnie in service dept. Not at all my experience. Donnie kept me informed of mechanics findings and the cost. Mice had damaged three electrical wires on my very old atv (1987) . Got it fixed in no time. I didnt go to K&N to find a BNF- Received fast, honest, courteous and best of all, quality service. Thank you. Will be back.

Ive had friends whove had good experience with them, and Ive bought small items from them. But when a person calls up for an estimate on an old bike, remember he is interested in keeping the bike and budgeting for it because he like the bike and has the money.... so dont just say "itll be expensive"

Called to give them my business said he was confidant he could get my bike running but kept trying to talk me out of fixing it. He would even look at the bike. Didnt sound reall confidant in his abilities. Just want to pay some one that will work on my vintage bike and no one wants to touch it.

Time will tell. They have had my Kawasaki for 5 weeks and havent started on it yet. I have already paid 500 bucks. I asked them to do alot of work on the bike, but nothing so far. I will post again when I get my bike back. Not sure when that will be.

Sam drove all the way from Sapulpa to OKC, just after the shop had closed on a Saturday, to get my bike running again. My new Power Commander module had failed and I was literally stuck on the side of a busy Interstate.

These are some of the dumbest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. They are rude, just consider it, and have no idea what theyre doing. The only good thing about them is that I know never to go back.

I called to ask about getting my carbs synced and the service advisor said he "wouldnt be interested" in doing the service. Never intend on using this dealer, for anything, ever.
