I took my 2012 Polaris in 2 weeks ago because I have an extended warranty with Western Services. Called them 2 days ago and said theyre still working on it and would call me back so they called me back yesterday saying unit was ready for pick up and the extended warranty did not cover the repairs so it was $313 and I told them hold on no one called me to see If I wanted to do the work or not or to let me know my extended warranty didnt cover any of these things. Theyre like well if you want I can put it back like it was and I told him thats not the point the point is if I didnt want to do it or couldnt afford it how am I suppose to pay for it so they have me a supposively discount $275 still a lot of money for diagnosis and drive belt. I called my extended warranty to complain last night and said they never got a diagnose in from them to see if they would cover anything so that pissed me off even more and I canceled the extended warranty this is bs also I want my money back!! I would not recommend this dealer for service at all I am not bringing my bikes in at all to this dealer I would be careful or ask about any upfront charges before taking it in!

Over the last year Ive bought a jetski and motorcycle from this dealer. They had the best prices by far. Look at the out the door price with all of the fees not the sales price! Ive done my first service on the jetski and the service center also did a great job. Geoff the sales guy is amazing. He will take care of you and do whats right. He actually talked me out of buying the motorcycle when I bought the jet ski because I wasnt trained enough yet for the motorcycle I wanted. He recommended less expensive ones and for me to get some experience first. Any other dealer would have just sold me what I came in for! Geoff kept his word on everything and things went smooth. The ladies in finance were very friendly and professional too. I will be going back and recommend them fully.

These guys are the best. Never had I had such good personal service at any dealership like here; much less anywhere else I have ever been. I bought my 2014 Jetski from these guys last month. Gave me a great deal, and took the time to introduce me to the ski; from front to back, and helped me hook it to the trailer. A few weeks later I used them to service my Waverunners, just two days before Memorial Day weekend; it wsa a long shot; but they pulled through and got it done with a smile! If your looking for a well run operation; I doubt you can find anything better than this group. Keep up the great work! Dr. C. Stewart

The guys in the service department are very friendly. I have taken my Kawasaki Ninja 250R there for service a few times and they are always a great help. One time I told the guy that I was clueless and needed motorcycle tutoring and he said I could stop by any time with questions. Very friendly! I also change my own oil every once in a while and they guys in the parts department always get me exactly what I need to do the job. Recently one of my motorcycles was stolen so when I start shopping for a new bike this is the first place Ill go to!

False and dishonest advertising. I saw a motorcycle clearly advertised as new on their website. I called to inquire and discovered that the bike was actually used with 1000 miles on it (verified via the link sent to dealer). This is patently deceptive. Please be warned and do your due diligence prior to engaging with these people. If they are willing to lie about this, what else would they lie about? Bike is a 2016 KLR 650 and can be found for sale on their website on 2/7/17.

This store is incredible and they will help you out whatever way they can. I liked the experience I had in this store and would highly recommend you to go in and visit to check it out and have a nice time while you are there. The employees are kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I will be back soon! I highly recommend this location over other motorcycle dealers. The next bike I buy will be from Houston Motorsports.

Attempted to charge me $150 more for an axle. When I told the guy that he was higher than the other dealers by that amount he said "sorry." Just letting you know so you will shop around in case this is the first business you call. I dont have a name for the guy I spoke to because all he said was "parts" when he answered the phone. Honest post.

My battery died while on the road in my Ducati and this was the closest place that had a spare. They immediately took my bike in and swapped the battery as quickly as possible - even though they dont generally support Ducatis. I definitely recommend this place. I was also very impressed by the dealership and the available stock they had on hand.

Very good experience with Houston Motorsports. Everyone I came across greeted me. Even the guy that happened to be on his break acknowledged me. I didnt purchase a bike from them but I liked the way they treated me. If Im in the market, Ill definitely consider them since they had 3 possible motorcycles I would like.

I went in to pick up a seal. Highway robbery is all I can say. Part is on line for $8.40. I paid 27.00 for it there. Their price was $7 than even what Polaris lists it for. This is not the first time I encountered this with them. This just confirmed why they are my last option for parts or service.

I have been going to this dealership for years. They are on the expensive side, but they are not pushy, let you sit on the toys to your hearts content. They always serviced my ATVs and jetski reliably. I am glad they are around when I need something right now - when they have it.

Very happy with the hospitality provided. Sales guys were nice and not pushy. Parts guys very helpful too. They were very patient and never made me feel like a "store fly"...even though I was acting like one :) ...real bikers..real people...thats what you will find here!!!

I love this place!! The salesman are very knowledgeable and the finance department knows what there doing. The service center is great I love how I can bring my bikes up on Saturday and get a oil change or basic service while I wait. Just get there early on Saturday!!

Really good repair service. They changed out my tire in a timely manner and they already had the replacement tire in stock for me, so that saved me the trouble of having to find one. Ill definitely go back again when i need a new tire

Geoff was absolutely amazing! The customer service experience was exceptional. I would recommend friends and family to this place. We will be back in the Sprng to buy jet skis!
