I have taken several bikes here. Ill keep this brief. ZX10R- chain was tightened to the max, no give to it at all. Tech said "Thats how it should be". This is simply false and I fixed it myself. I should have stopped coming here right then and there. DL650- Most services I have experienced here have had delays simply because the techs intake too much work, and can not delegate correct allotment time the tasks at hand. Once I turned in this bike for an electrical problem. Said it was the rectifier. Tech said he would "hook me up" and not charge me the pick up fee from across town for said part, so I agreed and pick it up for him. Part was incorrect, and while they did not charge me the pick up fees, I was stuck with a $200 part that they misdiagnosed (the rectifier was fine), AND the ordered the wrong part, the plugs didnt even fit my model bike. They blamed it on the books #s not lining up. I dont care, Im still out the $200. He told me to "try to sell it on the internet". Also, several outlets I have on the bike for heated gear and such no longer work nor does my horn. It was apparent to me that he didnt assemble the bike back as given. Another time I needed to replace my headlights. When I came to pick the bike up, the tech had to clean up the wires hanging around front fender because he failed to secure the wiring to the chassis. This demonstrates sloppy work with no attention to details. THEN I even had to take the bike back to the shop for more service because the entire head was only loosely connected to the frame, causing it to bounce and shake. You could wiggle it significantly with just your hand. Another time I asked for a rear case to be mounted. I had to dog him for a week and a half about it, finally standing over him one evening to get it done at close of business one evening. I waited 45 minutes and the tech was off doing other things. I just took my bike and did it myself. When staff read the above review, I received a rather angry phone call accusing me of "running my mouth". When I visited the shop to settle a financial agreement, the (owner?)/employee proceeded to threaten me with physical harm and physically kicked my truck as I pulled off. This place used to be fantastic, but some key personnel left, and it has evolved into disrepair.

Worst experience ever! Stay far away from them! I was told one price over the phone and when I got there, wanted to charge more! I didnt mind paying the difference until they caught an attitude with me and then went on a racist rant saying, you show me a place in Houston that will charge you X amount of dollars, and Ill kiss your black ass right now! Whats funny is, Im half white but to speak to a customer in this manner showed me their true colors! I ended up paying the price quotes over the phone and not a penny more. I refuse to be disrespected by anyone!

jeff joyce the motorcycle that he came in with was a electrical nightmare it should have went to junk yard it looked like a mess if monster performance was not aware he was not happy. Things could have been worded out customer forgot to tell everyone he stole a back rest from here with out paying for it so i guess he wrote this bad review out of guilt . I guess stealing makes it right to bad mouth ! we cant read minds if you dont tell us we cant make it right . PLEASE IF PEOPLE ARE UNHAPPY ABOUT WORD DONE SAY SOMETHING SO IT CAN BE MADE RIGHT THANKS!
