Okay Ive heard nothing but good things about synergy motorworks, however my own experience proves all this other stuff to be false. First off, I put my bike in the shop on May 6th to have some carb work get done on it. After a months time and no word on my bike I decide to call them. They tell me its just now starting to get worked on and asked for the extra set of carbs i had and should be done within a week. So I call back to them asking for more time. I give them 3 extra days and I go up there to retrieve my bike. They charge me $450 and insist that I buy a new battery, rectifier, stator, and do a $110 clip conversion that will insure that my bike will never have the rec clip burn up anymore. I try to leave and they keep telling me that my bike will not make it home and/or will catch fire. So I agree to keep it there. Three weeks go by with no word on my bike, so I call them on a Tuesday and they say that it will be done by Friday. I go to pick it up Friday and they wont let me take it cause the battery isnt charged and the gasket sealer hasnt set. So I come back Saturday and they ask for another day. I insist that its fine and they bring it around front. My bike was greasy from the mechanics hand and I had water in both headlights. As I gear up and get ready to leave I put my hand on my throttle, AND IT SLID OFF! WTF? So I go and get the mechanic to put it back on and go down the road. After getting down the street my bike starts to back fire and lose power so I pull into the gas station thinking I need fuel. I open the fuel cap and I have a full tank. By this time synergy is closed so I have to continue home. I head down memorial and Im getting severe power loss (had to have throttle on full open to stay with flow of traffic) and I get to 51st street light where my bike completely dies. After starting it and having a nervous ride home i finally made it. Monday comes around and I take my bike back, Ryan, the owner says that it sounds fine and is probably spark plugs, I tell him to check it and he said he would call me with the solution. No call. So i call and he said it needs a jet kit. And says that the kit will be in next day. So I spend another 100 to get it and give him two weeks to get it on. I go to pick it up two weeks later and it still is not done. Ryan Cost tells me that I have a wiring issue and that will be a quick fix saying it will be done the next day, Saturday. When I return on Saturday, two minutes before they close, Ryan comes out and says my bike isnt done and will not be done. I would think that after spending 1100 dollars and two months in the shop, it would be running perfect. However that is not the case. So I make the decision to leave and take my business else where since they did not fix the problem in the three months of time that they had my bike. Ryan then got angry and told me that the mechanic is bringing my bike around front, and then brought out my side fairing and air box and a clip with wires that he cut off. I asked where the wires connect to and he said "Not my problem anymore." and turned around and walked off. This is the absolute worst bike shop in town. I dont know what going on but I would not recommend any one take their bike to this shop.

Ill keep it short and sweet. I went in with new fairings and engine problems was suggested that I may need a new engine so I said ok I waited 3months for an engine because I was told he only gets guaranteed engines, once I was tired of waiting I found an engine and decided that this is what I wanted. It took another month of me checking in weekly to get the engine ordered. I was quoted that it would not cost more than $3,500.00. Moving forward in all this crap I ended up paying over $6,000.00 It took 7 months and countless lies from the owner to by more time for them to fix my bike. I was told it was ready more than 4 different times and when I went in to pay money on the bike instead of $700.00 I had remaining I was then told out of the blue That I owed another $2,400.00. After biting the bullet cause I felt I had know other choice, I was hit with a $500.00 bill for storage. I was told I was not going to be charged for storage at all and if it did take that long I would be warned in well enough time in advance. I finally get my bike after more shenanigans and I get my bike not 30 mins later my bolts from my clutch (that he found for me which I am great full for) came out. They came and picked up my bike my brother was to deliver it to my job for me and it broke down two more times. When I go back a day later the owner tells me that basically someone on my end had to been tinkering with the bolts but he couldnt prove that lock tight wasnt put on the bolts. Then that weekend my battery dies when one of the reason I couldnt pay for and pick up my bike was because he ordered a new battery that would be In the following day I gave him till the end of the week and it was another story that it could be my stator. When I tried to remind him of this he told me he never said it ( which he must have forgotten that my girlfriend was right there with me when he told me this info

I bought an 09 Interceptor 800 from Ryan back in April. Her name is Krow, I have nothing but the highest praise for Ryan and the guys at Synergy. First off, he worked with me on the price so that me and the bank could get the financing to materialize. So I took her home and on the way there my right front brake pad delaminated and started making a slight grinding sound. I didnt notice right away, by the time I got her back to Ryan the brakes were not in good shape. He made it right, rebuilt the front brakes, no charge. I believe his words were, "man, you just bought this thing, I got the brakes." Fast forward three more months/12,000 miles and my chain started popping. Called around to check out who could get it done first (I work in a different town all day everyday pretty much) well Ryan once again was the first to be able to get it in and get it done when most places are not even open. He stayed late to wait for me on Friday after I got off work, tearing it apart on Saturday, Overnighting the parts, putting it back together Monday. I love my interceptor. I like to do a lot of my own maintenance. Im on my third oil change. I built my own tool bag, both the tools and stitching up a leather bag. I dont like to trust people with her. I trust Ryan, its like having a pit crew. I have logged over 14,000 miles on my bike since I bought her from Synergy. I hate being in a car (cage). Ryan and the guys from Synergy are the guys that I trust to keep me riding.
