Purchasing this vehicle in the beginning I thought was a great idea, but has really proven to be a total CLUSTER....... Bought unit in August 2016. Operated fine, then found rear left upper boot ripped took in for service, we paid for the repair $165.00. Then a few weeks later boot ripped again exact same spot. Took it back in to have repaired. At this time unit is 6 months old so no Polaris warranty, but we purchased a extended warranty. That repair was going to cost us $240.00. Luckily Chris Morris was there at the time and got it covered under extended warranty. Thanks CHRIS! We pick machine up. When loading we noticed a load squicking noise. My husband went back in and told them it was not doing that when we took machine in TO HAVE BOOT REPAIRED. It was ok to take home he was told, We took machine home. Called dealership to explain what was going on and they came and picked it up. Now the repair is NEW CLUTCH. Never had a problem with clutch until we picked it up from boot repair. They repaired unit. They delivered the unit we had to ask for repair paperwork. Then another week goes by boot rips again same spot as other times. I take it to dealership again. This was my only complaint accept it made a clicking noise in rear end when getting ready to load. No one could tell me why same boot same spot was ripping. Service really wasnt concerned, seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. We get a call saying now axles were messed up. Wth????? Another week goes by and we get a call they will deliver it to us. It was delivered and was told axles were replaced and we look at the paperwork it was the same paperwork as previous repair, just one line added, with same complaint as squicking noise.so I take it the clutch was replaced again? Not! The complaint was ripped boot l. Then we ask guy who dropped it off what could cause that one boot to rip? we are told well driving in tall grass will cause that. REALLY JUST THE BACK UPPER BOOT is the only one ripping. Wow Im an idiot if thats the reason. You have other boots that would get ripped before that one. So as soon as its driven guess what ANOTHER PROBLEM. it was drove about 6 miles total after they delivered it to us on Saturday . Now its a bearing. Obviously they dont have an idea of whats wrong..So Monday morning, (Today) my husband takes unit up there to trade in on something else since it has been there so many times and its the dealerships mess up and the offer was a SLAP IN THE FACE, but hey he was told if it breaks down again they will come get it. He is having to wait at dealership for them to fix or shall I say slap back together until next 6 miles. Very disappointed and very frustrated. The employees ask how you are you, smile until u tell them the problem then its like hes an inconvenience. Trust me I never wanted to go back, except to purchase another until. I have to say they offered to get breakfast for him, bit he told them he wasnt leaving until something was resolved. Hes still there. This has been over a 2-3 month period. Curtis has been kind. Thanks Curtis and Chris Morris and he does that even work there anymore. I want to make our friends aware of the trouble will post on Facebook as well. The offer was to pick our unit up next time it breaks down. Now thats confidence if Ive ever seen it.

I personally do not like to write reviews, I usually am a person who will swallow the loss I have endured and keep on... but, what Louis Power Sports in greenville, Texas did to me, is the worst possible business I have experienced EVER. In April I purchased the "yeti" the built general 1000,, sold as new with 100 miles on it. It was displayed out front for a long time. If you saw it, you probably are familiar with the price tag. In buying this vehicle I was very skeptical because, of the reviews and I write this review because I really do not want someone to think it WONT happen to them at this dealership, because it will. The second ride, we took the general on we drove it to a approximately 6" hole (this was only the driver side tire) and the tie rod, reverse chain, and transmission in this 6" drop on ONE side all broke, leaving us stranded and mad of course it was new and expensive. I did not sweat it much because I was ASSURED SEVERAL times by even the MANAGER the ride was under warranty completely and there would NOT be any issues if something did go wrong. I called set up the appointment to drop it off a few days roll by I have heard absolutely NOTHING I call, and am told everything will be out of pocket, $2500+ in parts + labor because the machine they built when they put the tires on it voided Polaris warranty, so apparently they were selling a unit with voided warranty due to the fact that they themselves put the parts on and they were insufficient. So I fought tooth and nails with a woman named Lesa, which Im still unsure of her position other than what I was told by other employees that "she sits in an office and runs stuff". 6 weeks later and a dozen lies later I still am making my payment that literally could pay a house mortgage, no ride, and they said that Polaris back tracked and covered it, still no updates no calls, nothing I have not heard from them.. during our battle for them to cover it, we were thrown into the fact that we signed a paper stating we were aware of the voided warranty, this was false due to when the paper was explained to me by again the MANAGER I was told it was parts after the sale, that were bolted on the machine. Also, they back dated the paper work, as I addressed but Lesa did not see this as an issue , because her manager failed to get our signatures on the original contract for the bank in which we financed with. So we had to go back about 2 weeks later and finish paper work. This has been the worst experience of my life, and I really would never ever suggest Louis to anyone.. if you are in the market searching the web for a ATV, UTV, or four wheeler please do not make the mistake I did, this dealership is so messy, and unorganized they are rude, and so ignorant. Take your money, go to Nor-Tex Tractor in Sulphur springs, Tx they are AMAZING . Honest as can be, and will do anything for the customers. Especially when they spend this amount of money with them!!

This place is a scam/Fraud. They advertise no dealer fees on e bay but they raise the prices on what they list on e bay to cover the fees And misrepresent the price. Our salesman even openly admitted that they do this. (When I laid my cell phone on his desk it wasnt because i was tired of holding it. Its because it was listening ). Once we got to the dealership we was told that there was a $400 fee on what we wanted to purchase due to what we was purchasing being at an already low price. Then when we decided to buy the fees went from $400 to $889. Part of the $889 fee was $50 title fee, we are from Ohio they dont even handle the title our lender does. They send a bill of sales to our lender so why are they charging a $50 title fee. We disputed the fees we then told our sales person we were told $400. And the sales person that told us $400 was there and even told the manager that he told us $400 when the manager called him into his office. They wouldnt do anything about it. As a matter of fact the manager stayed in his office the entire time not once did he even offer an opology. The manager told our sales person to tell us that the price was the price and the fee was the fee either we take it or leave it. We did decide to go ahead with the purchase since we came all the way from ohio and the price on the Can Am 1000r was decent. We did out of state financing. Then they would not cooperate with our bank to make the sale happen. They wanted the check up front would not accept a letter of guarantee from our bank. Our bank said they would send the check overnight but they had to pay postage. They refused. They did everything they could to not make the sale happen. What bothers me the most is we have to have it shipped to Ohio by the time we would have had it picked up they would have had the check from our bank. Also they wont help you with shipping but they make you give them the shipping cost up front to pay the freight company we hired. When i questioned that, the salesman said we have to make sure you actually live out of state since you dont pay taxes. So we have to check the shipping companys Bill of lading to make sure its being shipped out of state. Really? You dont trust me? Look at the series of events here who cannot be trusted! ? Dont think its me. My opinion is they were not getting a kickback on the financing so they wanted no part of it. Why would we use their lender when the interest rate was over 7% we were approved with our lender at 4.9%. If i owned the business the manager would be gone. You dont treat customers like he has. We came all the way from Ohio to Texas to buy and going home with nothing. OH, WE ARE FILING A COMPLAINT WITH BBB, AND ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE........SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!.
