I took a Rocketa dune buggy in to get checked out. I called several times to check on the progress and was told that I would be called back in 20 minutes. I never received a call back. I went to check on the buggy one morning and found it being stored outside in the elements with other items leaned against it. After getting fed up with waiting I went to pick it up and the "boss" didnt even know what or where it was. The employee that originally checked me in and the person I spoke with each time on the phone (known by the obvious accent) had never followed up. My buggy sat there for almost five months and had NEVER been touched other than to move it to the other side of the building, outside. I wouldnt take a tricycle there to get it serviced and I definitely wouldnt buy anything from there; absolutely lousy service.

Notice to the Public! These guys installed a (they claim to be) a complete new engine in my BMX ATV in July 18, 2014. I live in Keota Oklahoma over 300 miles away. Went down to pick it up a week later. Got it home and a long story short the drive assembly completely fell apart. Took them a month to come and get it and 7 months for them to say they fixed it and dont have the means to return it. I went to get it again and got it home and unloaded it a week later due to the weather drove it less than 5 miles and it blew up again!! So please take it from my experience they dont know what they are doing! They dont stand behind there work. They are complete robbing the community they live in for the poor service they say they do. Take your equipment some where else!!!

This place will not answer emails or phones. We ordered parts Via Phone from them on January 28th 2014. They charged our card and never sent any parts. We contacted our credit card company and BullDog powersports submitted forged signed receipts to our Credit card company saying that it was an over the counter retail transactions. They scammed us, took our money and never returned an email or phone call. Buyer beware. We are opening another investigation with our Credit Card company and contacting our Lawyer. If the company refunds our money that they took. I will gladly say they did the right thing and took responsibility for their fraudulent actions. refund our money please

They said they could overhaul a carbon on a 2001yamaha big bear. After 4 weeks and I had to track parts down in get it home and bolts are missing hoses hooked up wrong and a big gas leak. I called them and told them about the problem and the guy on the phone said he was a new owner and wouldnt fix it. This is after spending over 800 dollars with them on other lawn equipment. Drop by the business yesterday and its the same crew. Dont was ur time with these guys. I doubt the can air tires up.
