Ordered five parts for my dirt bike. They said they had all the parts in stock. Charged me for all five parts according to my credit card. On the order, it says I was refunded for a part that they didnt really have in stock (never received refund on my credit card). I also never received any form of notice to say that days after my order was placed, they only had 4 parts and they would be sending only 4/5 of my order. I waited 13 days (supposed to be 4-8 days) for the order and now I dont have something I needed to even put the bike together. Now Im screwed till I can order the part from another place. When I order it, I will have to wait for the order and pay for shipping again (these part stores charge ridiculous shipping rates). I will also say that my shipping rate was not reduced even though the part I ordered (and was supposed to be refunded for) was the biggest part. I got screwed by these people so bad its not even funny. There goes a month of riding when it was supposed to be 8 days at most.

I ordered a helmet, they said it would arrive in 2-3 days. I call on the fourth and seventh day seeing when it is coming in. I just get told it should be in tomorrow. I call on the 9th day and push harder to see when it is coming in, turns out the helmet I bought has been slighty changed due to a new model and to get what I want they will have to reorder the helmet and it will cost more. They neglected to call me and let me know of this issue, or inform me and look into it the other times I called. Then when I go into get my money back and go somewhere that doesnt dick me around, they could have cared less to keep me as a customer and gave zero effort to fix the problem. Now it is 10 days later and I am without another helmet and I needed it yesterday. Thanks Dillion Brothers.

Dillon Brothers MotorSports has always made me feel like the customer is always important. You always get a welcome coming into the store and a thank you when leaving. I have purchased several motorcycles from Dillon Brothers MotorSports because of the pricing, great selection and the Sales staff has treated me very well. The Service Department pays attention to details and has given me the highest quality maintenance on all of the work they have done for me throughout the years, and the Parts Counter staff is very knowledgeable and always helpful. Went here with the intentions of buying a new HD and after 20 minutes on the showfloor, I asked for help. Lots of assistance if I wanted a t-shirt but not for a bike. Not a real busy day there but nobody "available" to answer my questions and would I mind waiting, sure I dont mind but after another 20 minutes of waiting and watching everyone stand around not buying anything I decided I needed to go to another dealership that wanted to sell a bike and not hang around. One hour later I wrote the check for a new Road King and will never be back. Terrible service for bikes but apparently the place to be for a t-shirt.

By far my best motorcycle-buying experience to date. Scott was my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about the specific bike I was interested in, the segment in general, and the vast new and used inventory. He gave me his best out-the-door price upfront, and exactly what my trade was worth, according to the Blue Book. The fact that Dillon deals several manufacturers is really nice, because you can compare bikes side-by-side. Besides Scott, the rest of the staff was very friendly and eager to help. I highly recommend this dealership!

Love their helpful website with parts diagrams, but beware. I placed an order for parts that appeared to be in stock on the website. It took SIX DAYS before the order was ready to leave their store. Since they use USPS deliver, I wont see my parts for yet another week. When I called, they said that they rarely have the parts in stock and they have to order them in. Lesson learned: If you need it fast, BUY ELSEWHERE.

I have purchased two motorcycles from Dillon Bros. and I returned to Dillon Bros. because how great they treated me with my first purchase. There are five dealerships closer to me than Dillon Bros. and I have found that Dillon Bros. far exceeds my expectations unlike the others. If you want great service and a great customer experience, go to Dillon Bros.

Bought my first Harley here.WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Dealt with a dealer outside of metro area and he came off as a Harley snob. This place DEALS IN SATISFACTION. My wife who was afraid to ride has actually signed up for a rider class and wants to get a bike of her own. Go here first!! You wont go anywhere else.

We have now purchased three motorcycles from Dillion Brothers and its all because Scott was so great on our first bike purchase. We will never shop anywhere else.
