The staff here are the best! I need to get a new pair of racing boots for my boyfriend whos an American Flat Track Pro Rider. Flat track racing requires a steel shoe to fit perfectly over the sole of the left boot. These steel shoes are custom made to fit and are very expensive. So buying a new pair of boots has been put off for several years. A couple of weeks ago I noticed the boots offer no protection and even worse no support. Ive been secretly taking his old boots & steel shoe out looking for a pair of new boots. We have the biggest race of the season coming up in ten days and Im running out of time and am I panic mode. Cycle Gear of Tulsa came through for me! They were patient with me as I asked to try the steel shoe on almost every pair of boots! LOL And I found a pair that the steel shoe fit perfectly on! I had a good experience. It was 9 minutes to closing when I called.hIm and he said hed wait a few minutes after 7 for me but said he wanted to go home which I understood. Seemed knowledgeable about motorcycle tire I needed and saved me fifty dollars. Probablyxouldve got it forr,10 bucks cheaper on eBay but wouldve had to wait at least a week and get the wrong tube.rather go and buy it from him day i want it and know im getting right one versus buying off internet,waiting a week, and being stuck with a tube .Id recommend them. Ill use Internet for getting phone numbers to places I can go buy local. And love them funny you tube videos.

Parts distributers with no knowledge. I called for plug wires, they said I had to pay first. Two days later I arrived, after asking for wires the man was so confused it was sad. He then told me all he had was universal, so then asked for length , diameter, and boot size. If i was informed of this over the phone I would have brought them with me. He told me it was a miscomuntication , I feel like it was a lack of communication. Ill never go back. Not to mention the four other people in line with returns I should have known.

I went into this store thinking I could get parts and service... I wanted a new helmet, and new tires for my Goldwing. The employees acted like they were put out to even show me a helmet, or explain the difference between the $100 helmet, and the $500 helmet. When I asked them to change my tires, they told me they were too busy, and their tire machine wasnt working anyway. So i went across the street to Synergy, and they got me all fixed up with a new helmet AND new tires! Thanks for NOTHING Cycle Gear!

Unfriendly workers who wouldnt have even acknowledge me coming in had I not said hello after both workers looked up at me and then went back to looking at their phones. Selection is terrible unless you want their house brand, Bilt which they have a ton of. On top of all this, the entrance to the store has sand all over it. Youd think a bike focused store would go out and sweep that up so their customers dont get hurt. Overall just not worth the time to go here.

Went in there yesterday for some atv oil. There were 3 people in there working. When I walked through the door, they all 3 looked up and went right back to what they were doing. Its a small place so I found the oil myself. I went to the counter to ask about a certain brand and the guy was too busy on his phone to look up. About 45 seconds later, he looked up and seen I was waiting on him and he went right back to texting on his phone. I wont be back.

Came into the store the other day to purchase a new helmet for my sons birthday and wasnt sure exactly what I was wanting. A young man named Michael was incredibly helpful and attentive, not to mention extremely patient while I picked the perfect helmet for my son. Enjoyed my experience and cant wait to see the look on my sons face when he sees it. Will be returning to the store for my future purchases without a doubt.

Good selection of gear. The local unit makes it very easy to special order any item of gear and they do very well at matching internet pricing on special orders. The company has a good return policy and they stand by what they sell. Local employees are very knowledgeable about motorcycle issues. Local Management is honest, forthright and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.

Ive been to the store a couple of times now. Ive read some of the reviews of people talking about bad customer service, however each time I have gone there my experience has been the opposite. They were very attentive and patient with me, clearly explaining the different options of each purchase. So far all my visits have been positive and I am very pleased with shopping experiences.

As always they are great to deal with and work with. They also offer a Military and Veteran discount with proper identification. With that said you can beat most online prices by a couple dollars and have a person to face while conducting a purchase. They are very helpful when looking for or fitting products you are not familiar with too.

Went to get a tire changed, with the wheel off the bike and I already had the tire I purchased offline. They wanted to charge me $50 to mount and balance one tire. Went in before noon and they also said they couldnt do it til the next day. Slackers and overpriced! Bad business. Will never give them my business again.

Awful. We had avoided Cycle gear for a long time because of the poor selection and terrible customer service but decided to give them another go. It was a mistake. They mounted the wrong tire and when we tried to call them about it no one would pick up the phone. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Buy all of my helmets and gear from this place. Most of my chrismas comes from here. decided to get a tire and tube for dirt bike was not ready when they told me the next day waited for two hours for them to get it done then I put it on today wont hold air. Lovely If your not a tire store cool stick to gear

This is an awesome store, they have great products, and they do know what they are talking about. To the last guy, he must have been a douche to them. Ive been there once, and I will continue to go there for as long as ride, they have very affordable gear and the service there is top notch.
